  You could not ask for more professional and nice people to deal with. They are not pushy, very professional about what is going on and then allow you to decide what you want to do. I will continue with this company for all my services and suggest that if you are looking for heating and air to give them a call.

  We are always happy that we chose Dugan for our ductless system. We totally love it! The employees have all been knowledgeable and so friendly. Jacob was here today and he was extra terrific! We’ll stick with Dugan!

  Dugan heating and air is was great to work with. Our A/C unit was not operating right so I called them to schedule a time to have a technician come out to take a look at my system and give me a price for repairs. I scheduled it for Tuesday. And they called me back the same day and was able to get a technician out the same day. Logan arrived a few early. He went thru my entire system and explained what we had and what the issue was. Logan did the repairs the same night. And was very thorough and very professional as well as friendly and knowledgeable. We signed up for a maintenance service plan because of his knowledge and professional and friendly attitude. I will.recommend Logan and Dugan Heating and Air to everyone. Thank you so much Logan and Dugan. We relaxed and slept in cool comfort Truly a 5 star company

  Brad Groves was our Technician. He was Very Informative, Knowledgeable, Kind, and just all around Pleasant to work with! He diagnosed the issue and helped us fix it same day! He took pictures in the crawl space of our Duct work and told us what was within normal range/ and OK range and what to look for later on down the road. We will Definitely be using this Company for any issues that may arise in the future.
