  Brad, the technician that came out was very thorough, and he explained everything as he was going through my system. Examination was extremely thorough and very professional. Dugan Air called when they said they would, and they followed up letting me know someone was on the way. Even provided a photograph so I knew who was coming. I'm happy with the service and very confident in the work that they performed.

  First Dugan Air experience, but it certainly won't be the last! My service technician, Mark Dillender, was on time, professional, and knowledgable/patient enough to walk me through my HVAC system as he performed his inspection. From requesting to quoting to paying, every step was frictionless and all of my questions were answered. Premium service - NO shenanigans!

  Brad was hands down the best technician I’ve ever dealt with in all my years. Husband agrees. He was friendly from the start, not frustrated with being called after hours, not rushing to do a quick fix so he could home and took the time to explain the issues and gave us like 5-6 tier options and walked us through each one. You can tell he was a technician that cared about the people and how to best solve the problem depending on how finances looked. He was not trying to sell us on an expensive option. Our dog liked him too. I will 1000% recommend this company to anyone who asks. Thanks Brad!

  I have dealt with Logan on two separate occasions and each time he has been warm, friendly, professional, and proficient. When a close family member needed emergency AC service, this is who I called. Never doubted they would be treated with the same care, and I was not disappointed

  From the first call this company was top notch. Managed to fit me in same day with little notice. Jeremy came to the house explained my options with no pressure. After I gave the ok for the job it was installed the very next day. Install team Alex, Carson and Ezra were awesome. Treated my home as if it was own. Everything is working great 100% recommend.
