Just used the water a few minutes prior and then nothing completely dry. Called the Wheelers and they came out in a dash. First we thought it was the pressure switch which was broken but they fixed it and still no water, after asking 101 questions Kent was AMAZING and found that it was not only the pressure switch but our tank was bad. He and a kid were out the next morning bright and early to dig and drop a new tank. Did I mention Kent was able to get us running water while we waited till he could get to us the next day. I will recommend every time. Never had a complaint very knowledgeable!

Wheelers were at my house this week to check on pump and pressure tank and switch. They diagnosed the situation quickly, replaced the tank, gage, and switch. The pressure tank was bad and could have resulted in a disaster very soon. They accomplished the work in good time, kept my carpet clean, and were courteous and had great communication. A++

We woke up to no water at 2:30pm. Called Wheeler at 2:45 and they were at our house in 30 minutes. By 4:30pm they assessed the problem (well pump died), pulled the pump, re-wired and replaced it! The lady who took our call was great as well. No hassle, no hard sell "membership" malarkey, no upfront deposit for the service call! Just great ole fashion company service! I 100% recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this business. From Crystal in the office, to Kent repairing our issue in our home. We called in the morning and had same day repairs done. Crystal was kind enough to email a receipt of payment. Thank you, I will gladly recommend your business to family and friends
