  I’ve been doing business with this company for a very long time. They always take care of my heating and a/c. Very dependable. Always on time and try to get the job done as soon as possible. You can’t go wrong with this company. All the employees are very friendly and dependable as well

  I used them for years. Had been very satisfied. Had a maintenance agreement. Found out that they were not doing what they were supposed to do as a part of that maintenance agreement. Contacted them about it. First they wanted to argue about it but then said they would refund half my payment. Check came. It was less than half but it wasn’t worth contacting them about. They said they have new mgmt. I hope they have a way to follow up on what their technicians do. I was really saddened. I had always liked them but cannot use them again.

  Sped past our house 4 times before we finally had to flag him down (our house is in a subdivision and clearly marked). He was here for maybe 15 mins if that, only hooked up one pressure tester. We were told that there is a leak but he doesn't know where it is (he didn't take anything apart to even look)but 9/10 its the outside unit. Then immediately said we have get a whole new unit since ours is probably at least 25 years old (our house was built in 2009). Put us on the phone with his boss to get an estimate which was $8499. Before letting us go he thanked my husband calling him Jeff multiple times (his name is not Jeff). We asked if we could replace any parts or was there any other options we were told no but there is a $89 fee for the "diagnostic". Will definitely NEVER be calling them to fix anything again. I would at least liked to get an actual diagnosis of the problem is I already knew it was leaking before we called them, so we learned nothing new. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

  I don't normally write reviews, but this has to be passed on for others to know... New HVAC system installed, had to have them come back out for the following, each a different time: 1. Exhaust pipe was ran with 2 90 degree angles, had to be taken out and redone. 2. Rain coming into exhaust because the elbow pipe wasn't secured properly on roof. 3. Refrigerant line leaking condensation on the floor due to piping not being wrapped properly, as well as condensation line leaking on floor. (Neither of these were fixed properly when they came back out, I repaired them myself, and received an invoice for this, which I called and they cancelled.) 4. Gas line was leaking into the house so much that when I opened the door the fumes came rushing out, all because the connector was only hand tightened, I mean seriously? This could've been disastrous.

  He has installed My Father Inlaw (Ronnie Painter), Mr Brother Inlaw's ( Kevin Painter), My CoWorker's & Friend's ( Bob Combs )and of course our system. We were thrilled with price, service and salesmanship! He could have really screwed one of us over but out of the 6 systems that was installed, we were all very satisfied! Thank you Mr. Combs.
