- JWJacob W.May 20, 20263.0There seems to have been a disconnect from the call center reps to the field technicians or Not sure if the field is super busy but it’s been more than one day and I have still not received a call back for scheduling service. Put in an initial service request with Williamson at noon yesterday and a second follow up call at 5pm yesterday as I had still not heard back. Ended up finding another company today so I called Williamson back around noon today to ask them to cancel my request. Their call center reps were pleasant and professional. I did feel dumb calling multiple times but their site says 24 hours and they have a lot of good reviews… the call center reps said they do not know what the standard time frame for field technicians call back times are.
- SKSamantha KutlikMay 4, 20265.0My furnace went out, I called Williamsons and they were available to come out within 2 hours to look at it. The furnace is pretty old but they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within an hour while being honest with me about probably wanting to think about replacing the system in the future. They could have easily told me there was nothing to do and I needed a replacement now but they were extremely honest and able to buy me some time for now. He also went over estimated pricing (per my request) if I'm interested in the future. There was no pressure at all. Very honest, fast and good work! Highly recommend and appreciate!
