- PBPamela BeecherJun 27, 20265.0Of course it always happens on a Friday night, our sewer backed up so after calling a few places that had emergency services listed with no callback I called V&L Plumbing out of St. John, Indiana They called back within 15 minutes, were here first thing this morning and fixed the problem. Our service tech was Joe, and he was awesome! Frendly, personable, efficient, and very knowledgeable. My husband and I highly recommend this company.

I had a burst pipe under my crawl space and the water was just going everywhere. The insurance company sent Hessville Plumbing and I was instructed to cut the floor to access the issue. Again I have an access to my crawl space. Three days later the floor is accessable the water line is located and the Hessville plumber took pictures and said they will give me a call in a couple of days. Note, the water is still flowing in my crawl space. I called V&L Plumbing and they sent Tyler. I wish I can call him Superman. First thing he did was to cutting the water supply to my residence . Which he had to repair my B Box. Then swoop into action and repaired the leak with another technician. Not only the price was reasonable. Tyler made sure not to track debris in my home due to the job to me was considered difficult and dirty. I recommend this company not only from the professional who answers the phone calls to dispatching great plumber like Tyler and his technician. I wish I knew their names.
