He was patient and explained our options and exactly what he was doing. He made sure that everything was done correctly and then double checked his work. - JSJoshua SoveJul 28, 20265.02 weeks into a brand new home and I notice a bad smell coming out of the toilet and a damp spot on the ceiling below. I called a half dozen plumbers first thing on Sunday morning, and the only one who responded the same day (within 15 minutes no less) was Nick at V & L. Asked some questions about the situation and the severity and advised he could either come out today at emergency rates or first thing Monday morning. He was here the next day just after 7 AM as promised in spite of road work and took care of the issue quickly and effectively. There was a slight question on how best to proceed for my specific setup, so rather than guessing he called his boss for a second opinion (which I respect). Nick was very considerate of my family's needs and answered all of my questions and concerns satisfactorily. Overall very impressed with the response, quality, and pricing of service, and I will definitely call V & L for future needs.
