  We are in love with our master bathroom and closet remodel! Quentin came out right away for an initial consult and got back to us quickly with new layout ideas and a very reasonable quote. He was very helpful throughout the design process and had great insight. He did a great job listening to my budget and keeping me on track. He had a very “sky is the limit” attitude which made it fun to imagine the possibilities! Adam was very responsive throughout the renovation process, keeping me as updated as possible. When I had a few concerns/changes/feedback, he quickly and professionally responded with an easy solution and always made me feel like my wants and expectations were valid and top priority. Daniel, Luke and Chris do great work too and were always willing to do more when I added jobs on! As with any construction project, I felt I had to stay on top of things/check in throughout to make sure my vision/wants/expectations of quality were coming to life but it was never a problem when I provided feedback!

  Custom Home Medic did a remodel of a bathroom for us installing a soaker tub as well tile on the walls and redoing the vanity countertop and flooring. We were very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism. The final product exceeded our expectations.

  We had a house fire January 2024. The day after, I talked to Russ, He and Quintin were at our house that afternoon sizing up the situation and began the process to get our home back. This, in itself, helped relieve a lot of the anxiety and stress of the journey we were beginning to take. Were there surprises along the way? Yes. But, Custom Home Medic is excellent at communicating what needs to be done and why. At each step of our rebuilding process, Adam, Russ and every member of their team were kind, patient, and professional. Holly and I are grateful for the quality of work Custom Home Medic did for us and helping turn a bad situation into a positive outcome. Thank you.

  Custom Home Medics recently finished a bathroom re-model for us. The design process was great (Russ leads the design team). They were the only contractor I interviewed that had me into their office and go through 3D rendering of what the final project would look like and helped pick out colors and finishings. Once we decided to move forward, they provided good communication on timelines and all the work was done according to the plan. Larry handled most of the work along with sub-contractors for plumbing, electric and shower buildout. All the teams did great work. Once the work was complete, there were several items on the punch list that the team took care of very quickly. Adam (owner) even made a follow-up visit as there was a small leak that just needed pipe tighten. He made the effort to get it taken care of asap. Due to covid-19, the process took much longer than anticipated, but that is to be expected. Their team was willing to work around our schedule to complete all work.

  This small firm handled my whole kitchen remodel very well from start to finish. Their price was reasonable. They have design ideas if one needs them. They stuck to the schedule laid out at the beginning. I highly recommend them and will hire them again.
