Being a 5 year old system we knew this couldn’t be right. We called Appel and Matt was able to make it out the next day to look over our unit. Turns out the wireless piece wasn’t communicating properly. Our A/C is now working great. All we were charged was the service fee. Thanks a ton Appel and Matt!
