Scott did not try to upsell me…even when I asked him what he would charge me for a particular upgrade that another vendor told me we needed. He told me we don’t need that. The majority of companies would have given me a quote on the upgrade, regardless if I needed it or not. He also had the best reviewed AC system and the lowest price by far!! During the install, they were very pleasant and professional, answering any and all questions I had. I highly recommend Appel!
