  Silas was excellent. Efficient, timely and knowledgeable. Summers on the other hand as a company is a different story. I prepaid for a service plan and this is the second time I’ve gotten a text message the morning of service, where I’ve requested time off from work for 4 hour time window where they say emergencies will keep us from providing your scheduled service. I texted the first time and they responded almost immediately saying we’ll have a tech to you today. No response today but I called dispatch and they got me back on the schedule then received a text saying they’ll be able to come see you today…5 hours later. The techs are good but management/scheduling needs to be reviewed for customer service purposes.

  Well here is the deal...the techs name is Clayton and the first thing he did that had me puzzled was that he showed up on time, and He parked on my driveway instead of lawn, which I was just astounded by this move...then of course he spent some time actually inspecting the plumbing and told me it looked really good and that , for some reason was impressed that a retired tanker yanker with 2 left legs and 1right foot could really keep his property in decent shape, considering that when my glass eye popped out, he spent a few minutes helping me look for it and found it and proceeded to use some Red Loctite to glue it back into my eye socket....then of all things, he did not spend 3 hours writing an estimate for some shutoff valves. And that really got me because I am not used to this amount of professional attentional and Detail to the job....usually guys try to hit on my wife, eat my last pizza and drink my last 6 pack. So I do not know what the hell happened, but lets stay with the program, ok guys?? Jeez. Who would have thought in this day and age some young kid would treat a one armed ex tanker driver with courtesy and respect.....Summers has always been decent with me and the Mrs. And one guy a few months ago brought my wife back to me which I did not expect...so anyone out there that needs a plumbing outfit that doesnt try to sell you a cruise to the South Pacific, Summers is your go to outfit for plumbing hassels ...plus the fact they have thier very own service vans and did not have to use my pickup to chase for parts is a definite bonus. So give them a call and you will not be dissapointed...
