  First time using Summers Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. Called the day my AC unit stopped working, they had someone come out the following morning. My technician was named Evan, he was kind, knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me. I needed a new capacitor and he had one on his work truck. Within a hour he figured out the issue, repaired my unit and didn’t leave before making sure it working properly and was cooling down on the inside of my home. I will be calling Summers again for any future needs I have with my hvac system. Also, I felt their pricing was fair.

  Tyler did a great job. For some reason the problem resolved itself before he arrived. He stayed and checked out everything and could fine no reason it had stopped. He thinks it may have be the thermostat problem and discussed options for replacing the thermostat when needed. Very satisfied with his performance.

  My tech Owen Brown was super sweet, knowledgeable, and professional. He respected my home and my time. He explained things that were easy to understand and wasn’t pushy with future commitment deals. I was able to think on it without feeling pressured. His picture and name was sent via text msg showing who would be showing up at my door. 100% satisfied. Thank you.

  Anthony came out on a Saturday afternoon for no power to our air conditioner. Was timely and explained everything he was checking. Found a couple of issues and even had to go get parts from the office to complete the repair. Also needed a new thermostat which arrived today so once that gets installed hopefully the ac will be fully working today. Overall, great job by Anthony

  Had Summers provide a quote to evac my new mini split and release the refrigerant. They agreed to a price and date, confirmed all my details and said to respond to any texts within 15 min and said someone would be texting me after 8am. About 130p, they called and said they would not perform the service.
