  Five stars… I can’t give any negative criticism with my entire project. I’m extremely satisfied with this company from start to finish! The communication from Chad was top notch which is very important to me. Chad and the 2 crews that completed the work were here when they said they would be! We had vents installed in the attic for 2 bathrooms with roof repair following and roof soffit vents removed and replaced and 4 additional vents installed, 19 total. Chad came out and gave us a very detailed estimate, several pages worth with pictures and an arial picture of our roof using a drone. The workers did a fabulous job on the venting work and roof repair that went along with the work.

  Rojas Roofimg was awesome (despite me having to make a large, unplanned purchase). It started with the initial evaluation. Nate Arnold was my assessor - he was so thorough, polite, and professional. He helped me understand what the issues were and how to navigate them. He approached the situation as a professional rather than a "salesman." This made me confident in Rojas Roofing compared to the other 3 companies I scouted for options. Next, the day of installation was smooth. They kept me updated the entire day on progress. There were hiccups - no fault of their own - and they handled them with grace. Even had a roofer fall through ny ceiling due to original wood from the 1920s being rotted (the worker was okay!). They had the ceiling patched up good as new in less than 4 hours all while finishing the installation before sundown. It was seamless and Rojas Roofing kept me confident the entire time.

  Rojas Roofing did an awesome job on our siding and our gutters. They were fast, reasonably priced, and the work was top notch.

  Rojas Roofing customer service is exceptional from the moment they answer the phone. They keep me informed of my appointment time and arrival. The service technician whose was Nate. Text me to let me know when he would arrive and called me 30 minutes before his arrival. He was very clean, considerate of my home. He put on shoe covers, he inspected my complaint. Nate did so much more than I could have expected. He was the definition of what a sales representative should be and what exceptional customer service should be. I would strongly recommend Rojas Roofing. My neighbor did at my suggestion before I ever needed them and she was very happy as well.

  We are so happy with our choice of Rojas Roofing! Beginning with Nate Arnold, our Sales Associate, who was very pleasant and patient with me and giving me all the options/colors etc available, the decision was easy. Mike and the Production Team did an excellent job. The follow-up and pictures being sent during the process was extremely helpful, the Team was quiet as possible, polite, on time, and their attention to detail was awesome. The little extras they did, like painting the roof stack to match the roof, adding a ridge vent to the porch(which we never had before), covering our new garage door and shrubs with tarps. Fantastic! The Roof came out looking just Beautiful! Then comes, Eric and the Gutter Crew, who worked thru rain, and did an excellent job, with Nate Arnold helping with the color choices, that matched, it came out perfect. We couldn't have asked for a more efficient and seamless process for a complete roof replacement along with new gutters and downspouts. We plan on having them back before leaves start to fall, and install our Gutter Guards as well. If we could have given them a 10 Star review we would have! Well Done Rojas Roofing!
