  My mother marilyn kidwell just recently had an ac and furnace installed the man and lady technicians were polite very friendly did excellent work never once complained of the heat they were working in did professional quality job we would recommend reliable comfort to anyone we hope other people take notice of the sign in our yard and give them a call again we wish to thank you all for excellent job and quality products

  Carl and the crew did an excellent job. They were very professional they took care of our house and kept everything organized and cleaned up after themselves. All of them were very knowledgeable. They stayed until the installation was complete making sure everything was in working order before leaving.   I have to say this with so much sincere to our technician Adam Ruch came out to my home and I told him what was going on and what another company said and gave me a quote. I just wanted a second opinion. Because the quote they gave me was really not within my budget it was far far beyond my budget. I am a disabled veteran. And Adam came tested everything told be and showed me every detail of what I was looking at. He helped me and gave me amazing news honestly he’s a godson. He gave me three options very detailed. He helped me and my kids get our ac back. Thank you so very much Adam and thank you reliable comfort you guys don’t understand how truly grateful I am. I must express my sincere gratitude to Adam Ruch. He visited my home and provided me with a second opinion regarding a company’s quote. The quote they had given me was significantly beyond my budget, considering I am a disabled veteran. Adam thoroughly tested everything he mentioned and went through every detail with me. He genuinely helped me and provided me with three very detailed options. His assistance was invaluable, and honestly. He helped us get our air conditioning back.   Daniel did nothing wrong….. this is the most poorly ran business I have ever seen…. Coincidentally the person who sold me my system is no longer employed with you and you will not honor anything that was promised when the unit was purchased less than 5 years ago….. Extremely disappointed and would steer anyone away from using your business. You are anything but reliable ….. The unit was not installed accurately and caused drain to clog back up into the coil pan and overflow into the return box and slowly seep on my floor and ruin it…. And over course you don’t stand by your agreement and are again anything from reliable
