  Reliable HVAC/Plumbing/Generator company is the best company I have ever worked with. Today Isaiah H was at my house to track down a failing pump. He was so thorough and tracked the wiring to a submersible septic tank and then told me what to do. I really appreciated his help. I want to sing the praises of all the repairmen Reliable has sent to my house. They are all personable, well- spoken, and knowledgeable.

  Adam Ruch came within a few hours of calling for an a/c repair. He was super communicative the whole time, identified the issue right away and was able to quickly fix it to get to air running again. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get us set up on a maintenance plan as well!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with Reliable Heating & Air! I called at night because I was having an issue with my A/C, and someone called me back right away. They were so professional and took the time to explain what the issue could possibly be, which helped me feel comfortable waiting until the morning. The next morning, someone from the office called me right away to schedule a service call. She was absolutely delightful, professional, and so helpful in getting someone out to me first thing. That’s when I was paired with Andrew, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better technician! Andrew came out to fix a clog in my A/C unit, and from the moment he arrived, he was one of the friendliest and most respectful gentlemen I’ve ever had come into my home. He answered every question I had and took the time to explain the process and services thoroughly. He never made me feel rushed and made me feel completely comfortable while he was working in my home. It’s honestly so hard to find people like Andrew these days. His professionalism, kindness, and knowledge made such an impression on me that I decided to purchase the maintenance contract specifically because of him. Knowing that someone as trustworthy and knowledgeable as Andrew will be coming back to inspect and maintain my A/C gives me complete confidence that it will be taken care of properly. From the person who called me back that night, to the wonderful office staff, to Andrew coming out and taking care of the problem, Reliable Heating & Air provided exceptional service from start to finish. Andrew is truly an asset to the company, and I hope he knows how much his professionalism and kindness are appreciated. 10/10 — I highly recommend Reliable Heating & Air and especially Andrew!

  Adam was extremely cordial and pleasant when meeting him he quickly and systematically checked out key components of my system and decided what to do went and did it and it fixed my problem very quickly maybe a half an hour great work very impressed

  After a failed fix from a different plumbing company, we had Reliable out for a free estimate on several issues. I felt that our technician Jeremy did an extremely thorough hands on assessment of the problems with our plumbing. He was prompt, friendly and informative. The estimate was reasonable. I will definitely move forward with them when needed.
