This was my first experience with Reliable Comfort and I was impressed! My issue was plumbing related. From my initial telephone contact with a staff person, to my on-site interaction with service tech Brad Dobbs, the professional customer service was outstanding! Brad arrived as expected, and listened first and carefully to my concerns. He clearly explained his plan to diagnose the primary issue, in addition to a full inspection of all water and sewer lines. As he worked, he asked relevant questions as needed, and communicated his findings, along with photos. The amount of time he spent (very thorough!) was so appreciated! Too often such initial service is not provided, and can result in call-backs, or the issue just not being fixed properly the first time. After his thorough inspection, he recommended plan(s) of correction, reasonable quotes, and timelines for repair/replacement. All of which allowed me to make an informed decision on how to proceed.
Great services. Andrew was on time, polite, and professional. He was very knowledgeable about my HVAC system and how it was setup in my home. I would recommend Andrew and Reliable your HVAC needs.
I switched from another local HVAC company, who i used for 15 years, to Reliable because of the technicians knowledge and skill. Again, Andrew reinforced my choice to switch.
I had a great experience with Ryan during a recent plumbing service. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and insightful from the start. He quickly identified what the problem could be and walked me through both a Plan A and a backup Plan B, which gave me a lot of confidence.
As a new homeowner with older piping, I really appreciated how clearly he explained the possible problem areas and what to watch for. He even helped me locate my water shut-off valve—something I hadn’t figured out yet—and took the time to give me useful information about my non-working water softener and how to handle it.
On top of all that, Ryan was very patient and kind, even with my puppy who was a bit energetic and distracting at times.
Overall, I’m really grateful for his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. Thanks, Ryan!

Justin Ruddick came to perform my semi-annual heating/cooling system check-up. He appeared to be very thorough in checking both indoor and outdoor functioning. He also explained the maintenance programs they offer, and helped me choose the one appropriate for me. But he saved the day by helping me with two frustrating other problems I was having. He got the stuck refrigerator filter out, and set the new one in for me; plus he got the thirty dollar jug of weed killer to spray for me!!! Thank you so very much, Justin, for being good at your job, but also for going above and beyond!! Thanks to Reliable, too!!
We just recently had a full hvac system installed. Had no system prior. Our technicians were Carl and Bill ( i dont recall their last names) but they were very professional, nice, and knew what they were doing. While they were here my wife and I were setting up a little happy birthday surprise for my son when he was at school. Both of the guys decided to use our side walk chalk we had been using with my 3.5 year prior to write happy birthday on the side walk for my son. Both of these gentlemen made it feel like we have know then for years and were part of the family. Many people might like that but I do because it makes me feel safe that my family is in good hands. But they made sure they cleaned up and made sure the job was done right . They took there time too. Any time I had questions they answered them and explained it to me. I would recommend this company to anyone that asks.
