  Ryan, Julian, and Brad went above and beyond to get our water lines replaced, new well put in, and our outdoor furnace line replaced. They were quick to get us scheduled and even gave a free quote! On top of their quick work they were super nice! We have them coming out to quote us for more renovations.

  For years, we had problems with the air conditioning in our house. We had very weak airflow coming from the vents in all but two rooms, and sometimes the humidity inside was terrible. During hot summer days, our house would routinely be in the high 70s. Other homes were comfortable, while ours felt miserable. Over the years, I had multiple companies come out to diagnose the problem. One told me I needed a larger outside AC unit. I spent $4,000 on that, and it didn't fix the problem. Five years ago, another company told me it was the air handler. We replaced that too—another $5,000—and still had the same problem. Around 30 different companies had been out over the years. I was told everything from low Freon to dirty coils to needing to change the filter more often. But nobody ever fixed it. Eventually, I thought something was fundamentally wrong with our house. We lived like that for years. We ran fans and a dehumidifier. We wouldn't even have people over because it was embarrassing. Then this year, it was 95 degrees outside and 81 degrees inside my house. I looked at my wife, who was sweating and miserable like she was every summer, and finally said, “That's it. We're not living like this anymore.” I researched HVAC systems, watched YouTube videos, and even used AI for help. That's when I realized something: not one of the companies I had previously called had ever gone under the house to inspect the ductwork. So I went under the house myself. What I found was shocking. The ductwork was hanging down, had holes throughout it, and had never been properly supported. It was completely shot. I knew I had finally found the one part nobody had checked. I called Reliable Comfort. I was immediately impressed by how professional everyone was. A technician named Balfret came out and checked literally everything related to our HVAC system. Most importantly, he actually crawled under the house and inspected the ductwork. He was the first HVAC technician I had ever had who did. He confirmed exactly what I had suspected. Reliable Comfort gave me a reasonable price to replace all of the ductwork, and on August 24th, a three-person crew led by Carl came out and did the job. They were professional, friendly, and worked most of the day. When they finished, we turned the AC on and immediately noticed a difference. The airflow was stronger than anything I had ever experienced. It was blowing my clothes around. I could feel the air several feet away and actually hear it moving through the ductwork. But the real test came the next day. Around 5 p.m., I was sitting on the couch with my wife when I heard something I had never heard during a summer day in our house. The AC shut off. The thermostat was set to 71 degrees, and the house had actually reached 71 degrees. I couldn't believe it. That simply did not happen in our house. Ever. Since the ductwork was replaced, we no longer need to run fans or a dehumidifier. We don't have to leave closet doors open because they get too hot. We can have company over on hot days. We can even use the oven without turning the house into an oven. This past week, temperatures were in the high 90s, and our house has stayed remarkably comfortable. The AC actually shuts off during the day. Sometimes I forget how hot it is outside. I could not be happier with the work Reliable Comfort did. After years of frustration and thousands spent, replacing the ductwork changed everything. To Reliable Comfort, Balfret, Carl, and the entire crew: thank you. It may have been another day of work for you, but for my family, it was so much more. You gave us our home back during the summer. My wife and son can finally be comfortable, and we no longer feel embarrassed to have people over. There are companies closer to my neighborhood, but I will always call Reliable Comfort first. You made a fan and a customer out of me. I am truly grateful for what you guys have done for my family. Job well done!
