  How this company has a 4 star rating is beyond me. It HAS to be family or friends leaving the positive reviews. The worst customer service experience. The lady (owner/owners wife) who answers the phone is rude. That’s putting it politely. Once you get past her and to the technicians the HVAC systems CONTINUOUSLY have issues. Brand new systems that break and constantly need parts. I’m convinced the ONLY reason they are still in business is due to their contracts with manufacturers and mobile home communities. 10/10 do NOT recommend!

  Completely unprofessional service my unit that was supposed to be brand new was not Clayton’s home contracted them out and I wouldn’t even take a free unit from the 2 different coils went out the have to charge my heat 2 different times and made me run my aux heat for 3 months because a part that they were eating on couldn’t come in but had one in stock for another home that wasn’t even ready to have the unit put in… people like y’all should not be in business i got my unit last August and the amount of time this company has had to come out is ridiculous. Highly do not recommend this company.

  I want to thank Eric an his tech for such a pleasant experience. Your service is top notch I will be directing anyone who needs a HVAC work done your way. The tech was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, addressed our issue and had it resolved in a timely manner Also arrived 1 hour before the time he had promised not to mention it was an after hours weekend call. Thanks again for your service .
