What was supposed to be a basic replacement of a toilet quickly became more challenging! No fault was on the part of Reliable Comfort or the technician; who had to make two round trips, two weeks apart. The issue was with the store where the toilet was purchased; the details are too long to share. However, the best part of the story is the service and patience provided by Reliable Comfort through their technician Ryan. His service was above and beyond installing a toilet! Professionalism is a huge part of my expectation of service providers. This is the second job Reliable Comfort and their techs have provided for me, and from the ladies who answer the phone to both technicians who did the work, I remain a highly satisfied customer!!

He was very professional even though at first it was bad news we were made to feel at ease that the best thing was being done for us to prevent future problems

Adam was great, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very patient with all the questions we had regarding our new home. We appreciated that there were no high pressure sales tactics involved in this transaction. We look forward to being Reliable customers!

Josh was very professional and not only explained everything but showed photos he took on the attic air handler as well as the outside unit. I have had many technicians out to service my AC but Josh was the most thorough I've had to date. I would not hesitate to recommend Josh to anyone I know. Great job!!!!
