I am writing to express my strong frustration regarding the lack of service and communication from your company. It has been over two months since Donald came out to my property to assess a project for my property. During that visit, he assured me that he would have a quote to me within a few days. Despite me reaching out via text multiple times to follow up, I have received nothing but excuses as to why it isn’t done yet. I have clearly communicated several times that this project is urgent for me. If Donald knew he was unable to do the work, he should not have wasted both of our time by coming out to the property. The process has felt like a complete inconvenience and a constant runaround. Given that I cannot even receive a completed quote after more than two months, I no longer wish to pursue work with your company. I am sharing this feedback so other consumers and customers are aware of where this company is lacking. EDIT:OWNER SAYS HE GAVE ME A ESTIMATE, which was a simple text line that gave an amount. Nothing else, no information on what was being replaced, repaired, materials used, NOTHING..I would hardly call this an estimate, hence why any normal person would want an itemize repair estimate.

Finally called me back after 2 voice-mails, said he'd work up a quote, haven't heard back. I've moved on to a different company

The Construction Team was awesome! Their work is top notch, and theres no mess when they are done! We've had alot of traffic by the house since they completed our front porch and people are saying how nice it is and what a great job they did! I highly recomend this company!
