  Uneven floors, an entire section of wall not attached to studs, trim coming off the wall, nail pops coming out of the wall, bathrooms vented to attic instead of outside, deck not finished according to agreed upon layout, poor communication.

  The Construction Team was awesome! Their work is top notch, and theres no mess when they are done! We've had alot of traffic by the house since they completed our front porch and people are saying how nice it is and what a great job they did! I highly recomend this company!

  Spicers Construction does great quality work, they did my roof and bathroom and everything looks wonderful.
