I called for two plumbing issues, and was given a window of noon to 5pm. During this window, they texted more than once (starting around 3) to tell me my plumber was still on another job, giving me the option to call and reschedule. I did not, because I agreed to a 5 hour window and intended to honor it. Once they said I was next and texted me to confirm just before 4:30, I set out on the 40 min round trip to the site of my plumbing issues. Then I waited…. and waited. By 5pm, nobody had shown up. I called to inquire. There were no apologies or attempts to remedy. Just excuses about how they never know how long a job will take. Obviously. That is why we have windows. Outside of that, there are no excuses to miss a window without informing you that it has become evident it will be missed or taking measures to get someone else out there. Instead, they changed my window from noon-5 to 6:15-8:15pm without telling me or calling for consent. I asked for them to find a different plumber who could make it sooner, which I should not have needed to ask for. It should be protocol. Missing a window may be bad luck or poor planning. I suspect both. It’s been an hour and no call back from operator or manager. I did just get a call from my previously intended plumber and he had not been informed that he was egregiously late or that I had not agreed to an extended window. That’s disrespect to the customer and unprofessional. Seeing the other reviews, I see this is not new. So, I guess I can say for them, based on past and present experience, that Summers does not care if they honor their agreements. They are the plumbers who may or may not show up on time, May or may not make you wait all day, May or may not tell you when they extend a window, and you will never know which one you will be if you choose them. Are you a gambler?

Jason had come out to repair a leak in one of my pipes in the basement and he did an awesome job! He addressed the problem and fixed it with precision. I really appreciate Jason’s work and the time he spent to repair my issue. Thank you Jason!

Called Summers yesterday because the other local company we called left and did not return. RJ came out the next day and listened and made the requested fix to get us back cooling short term on what is going to be a very hot and humid day. We can make a long term plan but for now we are cool. They are interested in solving the immediate problem without pressuring for high dollar unnecessary “repairs”.

I paid monthly for the ac, furnace and plumbing preventative maintenance program for 4 years no issues. I noticed some years they would clean my furnace coils and other years they would not. They would always say my blower motor had dust build up but it’s not covered under the program. I called one day to find out due to the paper work I have said it should be done at no charge. They stated they would have to get further information from a manager and they would call me back. Well I received no call back and they canceled my monthly membership. I was disappointed to say the least. I had not had any other issues and they have a good set of employees working for them. If it wasn’t covered they could have just said that. They are very good at explaining things and take their time when doing the services. Still don’t know why they canceled and did not call me back. I’m going to go out on a limb here and the response to this please reach out to us about this issue. If I have an issue why would I reach out to you, should you not reach out to me?

This is the second time that Mike has been to my home and he is the best. His customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced on any service I have ever had. Walked me through every step of what he was doing and advised on future issues that may arise. You have a great employee in Mike and this should be known to the entire company. Any future service I ever need I will personally request him to be the technician. It is very hard to find good customer service anymore and Mike and Summers delivers that. Thank you very much!
