This issue was brought to their attention recently after 1.5 years, but they have refused to acknowledge the error. I strongly advise anyone considering using this unprofessional and rude company for their door insulation to exercise caution. They quoted me $450 to rectify their own oversight, demonstrating their denial and extreme rudeness.
