I had a water heater installed in Dec ‘25 & a few days after the 90 day warranty, I had to pay to get the gas valve replaced (in Mar) now a few days after 90 days from that repair, the gas valve went out again, but when I called I was told there would be a charge to come out. What kind of customer service is this?!?! At this point the whole unit should be replaced!!!

It would have been nice if the technician had read the notes carefully. My husband gave the office all the information they needed for the job, and yet they continued to call me four times. This is our rental property. My husband takes care of that. I had no information on it. I even gave the technicians my husband‘s number to call him, and he still continued to call me. Well I don’t mind helping out… the professional practice just was not the best.

My first in interaction was with Tina. She answered the phone. Tina was able to respond so very quickly that I was able to have same-day service for an urgent issue. The technician - Bajro was amazing - identified the problem , shared the resolution , educated me with patience and answered all my questions - twice. He was very courteous, efficient, and was on his way very quickly solving an issue that could have been detrimental for my home. Terrible customer service! I called to have my sump pump replaced. Not only did the serviceman not give me any advice on what was wrong with the old one (3 yrs old only) but he didn't recommend I replace it at first either, and when I said I just wanted a new one put in so I didn't have to deal with a flooding basement again, he told me that maybe I should consider a 1 HP pump. I asked why that over a 1/2 HP he didn't have an answer. If he had any plumbing knowledge, he was not willing to share it. He said he had to see what he had, if any, on his truck. He only had the size (1/3HP) which he didn't think was sufficient. If he knew he was replacing a pump why did he only have one on his truck? I asked if he could go to the warehouse to get one as it is 2 minutes from my house and he said no I had to reschedule. I have called a couple of times to reschedule and they have not returned my call. They charged me for the service call to come out and told me they would deduct it from the fee from the pump, but of course now that never happened. I think Mr. Fink just wanted to get off early on a Friday.
