  My MOEN shower handle snapped off the stem of the posi-temp cartridge and water was spraying out of it and we were unable to gain control of it without turning off the supply to the whole house. After many YouTube videos and drilling of drywall screws into the plastic cartridge to attempt to remove it from the housing, I called J Sewer and Drain when it seemed extremely stuck, and they offered a free same day consultation. John came out and was an incredible help. He helped me loosen the cartridge and I was able to remove it easily after. He offered to finish the job but told me I could easily do the rest and coached me on the next few steps and I was able to complete the repair on my own. If this is the way this company treats customers on free consultations, I definitely know who I will call in the future: J Sewer and Drain.

  Jesus was GREAT. Fast response, very knowledgeable and helped resolve the blocked window well drain. No charge service call when most others charge $50+ just to come out. Highly recommend!

  Very professional, efficient, and nice! They routed an outdoor pipe and did a video inspection. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone I spoke to from start to finish. Their computer system for scheduling and sending estimates, invoices, and reminders is also great. Finally, their price was the same or lower than other estimates. I highly recommend them.
