He explained that they do not do repairs but did help me our by giving me a referral to a company that can help me out. The windows on my first floor were finished in a few days, and the precision fit and flashing of the windows surround is excellent. Note difference in pictures of floor 1 (replaced) and floor 2 (original install by builder). The crew was on time, worked tirelessly, and is highly skilled. We have been in house 20 years, and have decided to stay the next 10, so we decided to invest in the window project as 5 of the downstairs windows were actually rotting and unusable. We intend to use them next year to come back for the 2nd floor windows. JP
