    Ordered some cedar boards, they quoted me and I accepted by placing order. Then they added a 275.00 delivery charge upon billing. They would not respond after multiple calls and a letter. I am retiring and used the order to utilize a credit that remained after years of doing business with them. They are now a very poorly run company, I would recommend picking a different lumber supplier.

    sales rep knew I over ordered but he neglected to tell me how long I had to return the extra. I am out $1,000 in material I can't use. Thank you very much.
