We believe the absence of a physical fence has contributed to our dogs quality of life and longevity. 27 years is a long time and we fully expect , despite the aging of our current dogs and our children grown up and out of the house, we fully intend to allow our next rescues to benefit from the freedom Invisible Fence provides throughout or ENTIRE property ( Front, Back, and both sides of the dwelling). Special recognition to LauraMae who marked our property with flags today as ATT is burying cable this week! LauraMae was kind, considerate, and full of positivity that was palpable. We were having an issue with our dog, Zara, who had figured out how to bypass the system. Andrea and Cody came out to our house and were nothing short of amazing. They were professional, extremely understanding, and spent real time getting to the root of the issue to fix it properly. You can tell right away how compassionate they are about pets and their well-being. They were wonderful with Zara and made us feel completely confident in the system again. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind and very helpful with lots of training tips. Our installer Bradley, was wonderful as well. I must admit that when he first showed up, I thought he looked so young and worried about his experience with this. He was very reassuring, confident, polite, and very poised for such a young man. He did a wonderful job despite having to work on a very hot and humid day. They were also very respectful of my time and gave me a heads up when they were on their way and stayed true to the appointment window that was given to me. I highly recommend this company!
