  Mark Patricoski writing. I have been a DuPage Water Customer for 30 years and my parents were for the 30 years prior to that. Bob and his team have been absolutely fantastic. Their custom water softener lasted 23 years, despite most units failing at 7-10 years. I recently had them install a new system (large house / heavy water demand) along with a restaurant quality RO. They hit the design perfectly, our water is better than the $6 per bottle purchased at the grocery. Our ice cubes look like glass and you can see through them. We could not be happier with the equipment, the installation, the service, and the customer support that I have received my entire life. We are very grateful to Bob, Jeff and the entire team at DWC.   Lady answering the phone was immediately rude. I was in shock. They hide their service fee, be sure to ask them before you book anything. Dont waste your money

  I called to schedule a first maintenance on our Fleck 5900 that Dupage had installed 10 YEARS! ago. Jeff came out, ran through the restricted service schedule of the operating system and massaged a setting or two. He then checked the reaction as he squeezed the water service tube shut during a procedure and pronounced the softener as good. He was done in 20 minutes and never investigated the internal working parts of the softener even after 10 years of service. I was quite disappointed in this “maintenance” call that I could have performed myself with access to the service schedule and not worth the $140.

  It's now been six months since our water conditioning system from DuPage Water Conditioning was installed and we couldn't be happier! We moved into a new house with well water last year and were very disappointed with the water quality. It had a bad smell and taste and left rust marks on sinks and toilets. We contacted a couple other water conditioning companies in the area and they said an iron filter would be all we needed even though the water had low iron levels according to their tests. We were so relieved when Nate from DuPage Water Conditioning actually took the time for further tests which showed it was bacteria build-up in our pipes that was causing the bad smell and taste. The chlorine injector system he installed had the problem fixed within a week! We really appreciate how easy the system is to manage ourselves and how clear the instructions we were given are as well. I highly recommend DuPage Water Conditioning, especially if you're having well water quality issues.
