Our experience with Cobalt Flooring couldn’t have been better. They have a a beautiful showroom with an incredible selection of any flooring you are looking for. No place has as many options as they do. Dave was wonderful, patient & knowledgeable to work with & went above & beyond for service & spent as much time as needed on repeat visits to find our perfect luxury vinyl. You are in excellent hands with Cobalt Flooring. Do not hesitate to buy your flooring from them.

I recently had Cobalt Flooring install my kitchen backsplash tile, and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Remodeling projects can often be stressful, but the team at Cobalt Flooring made the process easy, enjoyable, and completely professional. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was impressed by their knowledge, patience, and willingness to help. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, answer my questions, and guide me through the many tile options available. I never felt pressured into making a decision and truly appreciated their honest recommendations and design advice. Once I selected my tile, the installation process was just as impressive. The installers arrived on time, treated my home with respect, and paid close attention to every detail. Their craftsmanship was outstanding. Every cut was precise, every line was straight, and the finished backsplash looks absolutely beautiful. It completely transformed my kitchen and became the focal point of the room. What stood out most was the pride they take in their work. It is rare these days to find a company that combines quality products, excellent customer service, and skilled installation all in one place. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and I always felt informed and confident that the job was being done correctly. I would highly recommend Cobalt Flooring to anyone looking for flooring, tile, or remodeling projects. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. Thank you to the entire Cobalt Flooring team for delivering such a beautiful result. I couldn’t be happier with my new kitchen backsplash and look forward to working with you again on future projects!

I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. My fiance and I hired them to install new carpet in our recently purchased townhome, and what should have been a straightforward project turned into a frustrating and stressful process. When the installers removed the old carpet, they discovered a small area with mold and urine damage left behind by the previous owner. Since we had just moved in, this was completely unexpected. Rather than clearly explaining the situation and discussing options with us, the installers were dismissive and unprofessional. They seemed to expect us to know exactly how to handle the issue and provided very little guidance. While they communicated with their office, they did not keep us informed about what was being discussed or what the next steps would be. The installers removed the carpet, briefly told us to clean the mold and apply primer, and then left abruptly. They did not confirm that we agreed with this plan, did not schedule a return visit before leaving, and did not make sure we understood the process. They also left all of the new carpet materials in our garage without asking for permission. The entire experience felt rushed and poorly managed. To make matters worse, some of the baseboards were damaged during the carpet removal process. When this was brought to the company's attention, they did not take responsibility or offer compensation for the damage. Despite this, we were still charged an additional $100 fee for the installers to return and complete the job. Considering the amount of money we spent on the carpet and installation, I expected much better communication, professionalism, and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

I am not one to complain or argue, but this was terrible. I used Cobalt to replace some carpet in my newly purchased townhome. The initial experience was fine, but things got ugly fast. I chose a carpet style and the came out to estimate the repair, no issues there. We agreed upon a price and had a date scheduled for the installer to come pull the old carpet and install the new. When the installer showed up, a small amount of mold and urine was found under the carpet pad from the previous owner. The installer informed me of the issue right away. Before I could make a decision on whether I wanted to hold off and tackle the problem professionally or just remove the mold on the spot, the installer dumped all the new materials in my garage and left. I did not have any time to discuss what I would like to do with the situation at hand. During the old carpet removal, they also damaged a decorative piece of baseboard trim which ended up cracking the drywall. I called the sales person I had been working with, Teri, and explained the situation to her. I provided pictures of the drywall damage, to which I was told they did not claim accountability for the damages. I believe the exact words were that it was not their “professional opinion” that they were liable for the drywall damage. It is very obvious that the damage was caused as a result of the removal process, but they held firm on denying any sort of liability. On top of that, Teri told me I was obligated to pay an additional $320 service fee since the installer needed to come back out to finish the job. I explained that I could have easily resolved the mold problem (which I understand is not their fault) while the installer was working in other rooms. This would have prevented the circumstance of needing the installer to come back a second time, eliminating the service charge and saving everyone time. I had never authorized the installer to leave and prolong the installation. I argued for a while over the phone, but was still forced to pay an additional $100 service fee as a result of the installer making executive decisions without approval or instruction. If I did not sign their work order approval form that required me to pay the additional fee, they were going to withhold the installation. Keep in mind, this process had now turned from a few hour job into several days worth of headache. My entire upstairs was unlivable as there was no carpet, and my garage was unusable since the installer dumped all the materials there without permission also. The Cobalt customer service is abysmal, and they talk to you as if you are an idiot. I work in the service and repair industry, so I understand things happen. This doesn’t mean that they can make costly decisions at my expense without including me or at least informing me of what needs to happen. I am beyond dissatisfied with my experience and I would not recommend using Cobalt to anyone. Remember, my drywall is still messed up with ZERO COMPENSATION!! Stay away from this business, it’s worth paying a little extra to work with a real professional company. EDIT*** After I posted my initial dissatisfaction with their service, Dave called me and told me I am wrong and insulted me. He again stated that I was "wrong" in noticing that they had caused damage to my drywall (which they did), and talked down to me as if I were incompetent. There are other negative reviews that mention this disgrace of management integrity. This was extremely unprofessional and a true sign of the character and integrity of this business. STAY AWAY!
