  Blue Frost installed both my AC and furnaces. Since then I have had several techs come and service my units. All of them have been very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. This includes Tony who was just here. Got the job done and took the time to explain everything to me. Would recommend Blue frost and you won”t be disappointed with their techs as Tony continued to impress me with his skill and patience with me hanging around

  First time using Blue Frost for annual maintenance. Carnell was absolutely awesome to work with. He maintained both my units, walked me through step by step what he was checking and why those checks are important. He installed the new humidifier pads that I purchased on my own at no extra cost and went above and beyond to address two concerns I had that were outside of the scope of work he was there to perform, never charged me for the extra time. Great customer service, knowledgeable and overall, a very nice guy. I will be requesting him personally in the spring for my AC service.

  After 20 years working with Chicagoland's largest HVAC company. I decided to give Blue Frost a try. I will never go back to my old HVAC company. Gil the tech was both knowledgeable and extremely professional. Gil explained everything that was going on with my units and didn’t try to pressure sell me on fixes I don’t need at this time. Great experience

  Well, it was time for the annual heating system maintenance, and it was performed by Alex. He did a very thorough job of cleaning and inspecting the entire system including the vent pipe. Since the furnace is 24 years old it was important to me that it was still safe to use. He took several pictures of many different components and took the time to explain each to me, describing their condition and the possibility of their replacement soon. Using this information, it became obvious that I will need a new system next year. I appreciated his honesty and the fact he did not use high pressure sales tactics. He determined that the system is safe to use and I have peace of mind for the winter season. I am pleased with their service!

  Carnell is the best of the best of the best of the best of the best of the best! He very carefully and painstakingly made sure that every part of this newer furnace that I have was clean and dust free and functioning perfectly. He took his time and was very detailed and careful and did not rush through the two furnaces. I’ve used this company before and have also referred them to my daughter and her husband to use and they did a great job over there, too! . I wish I could give more stars for Carnell!!!
