He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient and answered all of my questions with thorough explanations of the work he was doing and the specifics of my A/C system. He provided options for future services and the benefits membership entails, so I decided to join as a Blue Frost member. I strongly recommend Blue Frost for your Heating and A/C system service. Jonathan also helped me set up my account and phone with the system manufacturer (Trane) so now I can use my phone to control the system also. I am extremely happy with the service Jonathan provided.

Our tech was Jonathan Schueman and he was fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly figure out the issue and resolved it with minimal cost. We appreciate his diligence and care in resolving our issue. Will definitely call for future services.
