  I had a very unsatisfactory experience. 1-The app that tells you when the service person is coming has a non-functional link. I have reiterated this numerous times for over a year. Nothing gets fixed. 2-When the guys came to do the installation of a new AC unit, they asked which one. They had no idea because they could not get into the system to read them. 3-They brought the wrong coolant to put in the unit. Again, they could not get into the system and therefore, were unprepared. None of this is the fault of the workers. 3-When the put in the new thermostat, they left a gaping open area that left drywall exposed. They did not even bother to show anyone. 4-They left no receipt or owner's manual. I had to call to get them. 5-The new owner does not return phone calls or answer emails unless you try 3 times. Then, it appears he barely reads the letter or makes any effort to speak to me about the issue. I first asked for a general manager and there is none. I was a satisfied customer for well over 20 years and I will be finding another company. Mr. Jeremy Lewis does not really care if he retains business.

  They were great when they came out for an estimate however after more than a week and a follow up call they never sent an estimate. Guess they don’t want the business

  After going back-and-forth with Jeremy for months and having Gleason Technicians out almost weekly (for several months) after having issues with a new AC unit that kept freezing up, Gleason agreed to fix the issue at their expense. Chris, Miguel and a few others were in our attic for 6 solid days adding ducting and other cooling components to fix the problem we had that included adequate air distribution throughout our house. We're very appreciative for Gleason (who we've been using for more than 25 years) fixing this challenging scenario and for the professionalism each Technician maintained throughout the process. I highly recommend Gleason to anyone looking for an HVAC company that stands behind its work and equipment. Thank you!
