- BSBonnie SchaarJul 2, 20265.0During early July 2026 heat warning our AC went out. They sent tech Alex out the same afternoon we called. Alex was very thorough and explained we needed both new AC and furnace systems, which we knew to be true, due to their age and condition. They were able to send a crew out the next morning at 8am. Chris and his crew were wonderful, hard working, and very respectable of our property and home inside. Chris also spent the time to explain our new system and answer any questions we had. We will also get reminder texts/emails when maintenance checks are due. We greatly appreciate the efficient work and also how quickly they were able to service us during the extreme heat wave.

His recommendations were customer focused and thorough, giving us reasonable options for the repair and maintenance. Replaced 2 condensers for the cooling system and blower.
