- SKSteve KarnatzAug 27, 20261.0POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! INSTEAD OF FIXING THE WATERSOFTENER THEY BROKE IT! 4 months after try to get the water softener fixed, they will not even return a phone call. Excuse after excuse. The original repair was either the wrong part or incorrectly installed. Then the excuses started. After that they started ghosting me. Hoping I would just go away? DO NOT USE GLEASON1

Well, they sent me the Calendar event, my husband took the morning off. I respond, I pay, and then it's my fault they don't show up according to their customer service. Yes, they reach out via text multiple times - respond and MAYBE you are actually scheduled, or maybe not. Take your chances or just choose another company that SHOWS UP!

Happened in Fox Lake at 11 am
