  Will call them again. Very polite, knowledgeable, picked up the phone immediately when I called and got me in the next morning as it was late in the day. They also do HVAC and that's exciting because we need some things done for that. This was for a water heater.

  Paragon came out and worked on our rooftop units at Yorktown mall Akira outlet and provided great customer service! Explained throughly on the expectations, what we are experiencing and housekeeping the units up! Very friendly and transparent! Would definitely recommend them

  We have been customers of Paragon for four years, and one of the things we value most is the consistency of their service. We have a Lochinvar wall-mounted tankless system, and although we have only needed service a couple of times over the years, Paragon has been dependable each time. This week, when we suddenly lost hot water, we called them. As always, someone answered the phone, a technician was scheduled for the next day, and we received a clear assessment of the problem. What really sets Paragon apart for me is communication. Their technicians don’t simply tell you what is wrong—they explain what is happening, how it is affecting your system, and what your options are. That matters when you’re dealing with equipment most homeowners don’t fully understand. You leave the conversation with enough information to make an informed decision rather than feeling pressured into one. The technicians have always been timely, professional, knowledgeable about our particular system, and willing to answer questions. Repairs are never something you look forward to, and there are always things outside anyone’s control, but clear, transparent communication and knowledgeable service make a tremendous difference. After four years, I can confidently recommend Paragon. We will continue to be customers because they don’t just provide service—they make sure we are well-informed clients throughout the process. That level of professionalism is something we genuinely appreciate.

  I had huge walk in freezer issues. I was referred to Paragon by a business colleague. Not only did they come the same day I called but they allocated every resource they had to make sure I would be up and running. I would highly recommend any restaurant or business that has walk in freezer or cooler issues to call Paragon. ***Best commercial refrigeration contractor in the North Shore. ***Best field techs in the industry. ***Most knowledgeable and technical team I have ever come across.   Stellar experience! After two plumbing companies falsely told us our water heater needed a complete and costly replacement, Chris from Paragon saved the day! As an engineer, I really appreciated his methodical approach. He used a multimeter to accurately diagnose the real issue: a leaking exhaust pipe that had simply shorted the vapor sensor. He ordered the warranty-covered part, installed it perfectly, secured the leak, and cleaned up the pooled water. He even gave us a masterclass on maintaining the unit and diagnosed a separate furnace issue while he was here. Chris’s honesty and expertise saved us thousands of dollars. We've already hired Paragon again for another issue with our furnace. If you want true HVAC and plumbing professionals who diagnose root causes instead of just pushing expensive replacements, Paragon is your best bet. Highly recommend!
