  Can’t thank K&J Heating and Cooling enough! Their technician Matt arrived on time with a confident and reassuring disposition. Our AC was unresponsive and lacked any clear reason for why it wasn’t running. Matt was quick at work to start checking and accessing our system issues. Throughout he was transparent and honest about what he was thinking. When Matt finally determined what was the issue he gave the pros and cons of the different options to solve our issue. Never feeling pressured or rushed. Our house is so “cool” - Thank you Matt!

  The technicians were prompt and very professional. They installed our new Trane AC condenser and coil. Their pricing was great and even though we're in the hottest weather this year they were able to install the next day after quojte . I highly recommend them

  K&J is a solid company. From initial consultation to post-install, their team was incredibly professional in both service and skills. At our initial consultation, Ilam laid out multiple options to address both our current needs and potential future needs. A lot of his advice/guidance was not about selling a product but about understanding the trade-offs between system maintenance costs over time and purchasing new equipment. The options and rationale were clear and helped us decide to go with K&J. Additionally, the techs who serviced our house were both very knowledgeable. Everyone on-site had detailed knowledge of the system and how it should be set up. All of our questions about the install and system were addressed with explanations that helped us understand our system, how it would meet our needs, and how to care for it going forward. Maybe this is because they are a union shop, but it might also be great team leadership. Many thanks to the K&J team. We look forward to working together for years to come.

  All elements of my dealings with K&J were excellent, from customer service through installation. The union technicians were all knowledgeable, careful and completed everything with quality work. They will not be the cheapest, but are not overpriced.
