  We want to thank Brandon, who came out on the original service call, then Robert, Nolan and Grant for working a very long day to tear out our old system, and install new heating and hot water systems. This all happened right before Thanksgiving, with falling temperatures, and we appreciated the fast, professional service. Robert came back today to make some adjustments and replace a dented cover. He's friendly, conscientious, and our dogs love him (a bonus!). Thank you, everyone!! UPDATE, 2/6/25: We had a recurring problem with our new system, which frustrated us and Rob, as well. He worked diligently and respectfully, contacting the company that made our boiler unit, and consulting with his boss. It turned out there was a design flaw on the blower of our unit causing the problem. The boiler was replaced with an updated model with no charge to us, AND in an extremely timely manner. We were also issued a refund for a service call that was related to the faulty equipment. Rob has excellent customer service skills and work ethic. Bless Bree in the office for being patient with my grumpiness, and Mr. Rose for taking care of customers the right way. We appreciate them all. Thank you again.

  Excellent service and very reasonably priced. My A/C broke the night before a heat-advisory day with heat indices up to 104. I called Rose at 8am, and they were at my house by 8:30 and had the A/C fixed in an hour. The technician showed me what went wrong, taught me how to clean and maintain my A/C, and made recommendations for what to look for in the future. A great experience!

  Rose has just replaced my furnace and air conditioning. Have been very impressed throughout this process, starting with how quickly they put together a detail proposal and estimate. The job was on their schedule within days of my agreeing to the very reasonable terms. The techs were great, working very hard the entire time they were on my property, doing a neat and thorough job with the installation and leaving my house as clean as it was when they arrived (maybe cleaner...) Very happy with the results.
