  We recently were in need of a carpet installer for a small job due to water seepage from recent storms. We had the padding and needed someone to put down and re-install the pulled back carpet. I found Nick Cinquepalmi with Landmark Flooring through a Lemont FB group. Based on a recommendation, he immediately reached out and we exchanged messages with the details of the job. We had ordered padding already and were just waiting for it to come in. He gave us a quote and told us to let him know when we had the padding and he’d take care of us. He had his installer come the day after we got our padding. The installer was prompt, courteous, professional and quick. We were so impressed with the service we received for our small job knowing they were busy due to storm damage repairs all over the area. We will definitely use Nick with Landmark Flooring for future needs and send friends and family his way if anyone needs carpet!

We recently had a situation involving one of our clients and instead of simply giving us an opinion, Nick took the time to speak directly with our client and walk everyone through the situation. He was honest, professional and incredibly fair. What stood out to me most was that he genuinely wanted to help us make the right decision.
