  James came out to jet clean a sewer line. He was there on time. Had a positive attitude. Worked in the rain. Cleared the sewer line, when another company's Ridged sewer snake couldn't do the job. I'll be calling Nolen Services for any future issues i may have. Thank You James.

  Highly recommend. I contacted them through their website and requested a quote for a standard porta potty rental. They responded quickly and set up a rental. They dropped off the porta potty a couple days early which worked out for us bc we had to move our party up a day due to weather. The porta was very clean and larger than expected. Will rent from them again.

  Called them because the boiler we have kept building pressure if the operating temp was over 140F. So on cold days the boiler couldn't heat the house. 1st time I called, they said everyone was out sick but they will call back when they have more people in for work. 2nd time I called, I was told that Nolen was super busy and wouldn't be able to get to us before the holiday. I said I would call back after the holiday. 3rd time I called, she said she would give him the message and I would get a call back. I did not. So, I won't be using them and I won't be recommending them for any service.
