He arrived within the two-hour window for my appointment and took the cover completely off the unit so he could clean it properly. He also pointed out that the previous provider had damaged some of the wiring by putting the cover back on with the wires pinched instead of properly threaded through the opening. Hector also identified a worn part that was sparking every time the unit kicked on. He made the necessary repairs, and everything was working perfectly when he finished. The price was reasonable, and the service was professional. I would definitely recommend Fricold for any of your heating or cooling needs.
