  EXCEPTIONAL!!! 200% recommend their services. Very professional, communication excellent and their work above expectations. For a few yrs I’ve been having issues with my central air not cooling properly. System would constantly run with minimum cooling. Home always felt humid like the air was not circulating. Been paying people to come fix it and No-one can figure it out. Found FRICOLD on Facebook and contemplated for a few weeks because I have gotten the runaround for yrs. Between the electricity bill and all the guessing from other techs cost me thousands of dollars. My gut told me try FRICOLD. Let me tell you. One of the best decisions I have EVER made. They came out accessed and within 24 had a team here. Once completed they explained every detail as to why the system wasn’t functioning properly. Advised me give the house a day or so for the house to cool completely. That was about 4pm They weren’t even gone an hr and I could feel the humidity leaving my home. Even my upstairs felt cooler! Well let me tell you I woke freezing and it hasn’t been 24hrs! Worth every penny! They didn’t guess what the issue was and they were here for hrs fixing several issues. Took me years to find you FRICOLD but you now have a customer for life! You’re the best!!! I can’t thank you enough!

  Called the company around 830pm they showed up 930 am the next day fixed the issues we were having and was very quick and professional! highly recommend 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thanks again Pedro and Alex !! Me and my household will be cooled off in no time!

  Hector came out today to give me a quote ac/ HVAC system, however there was a lack of communication of what I was scheduled for I didn’t get quoted but great customer service services from the lower of this company, to explain that Hector was a good worker and was just doing his job.

  Hector came out to give me quote or pricing for Air conditioner/HVAC unit heating buy one get one for free, but when Hector reached my home, the only thing he had in his hands was a pair of footie to cover his shoes to go look at my unit in the basement Why was he here he couldn’t tell me he said that he was coming for. I guess he thought I was coming to service my air-conditioning unit, but I didn’t need it to be serviced I wanted to get price for a new one and see what they have to offer for to buy one and get more free. He doesn’t seem to know anything about, what I free. I got this information off of Facebook and I called to make an appointment with was scheduled for today between 12 and three. He showed up about 2 o’clock so since he didn’t have anything to offer me free nothing but the thermostat I told him that was OK and I told him he could lead. I wasn’t sure if he had come to work since he been with company for 8 years no IPad, cell phone or nothing to write with . Not a good experience for me.However the owner called me back to explain the Hester was one of his best worker and what he does when he come out to house call. Sorry for the misunderstanding and thank for calling me back . Great customer service services to here directly from the owner of this small business.
