Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Less than five years after purchasing our cabinets, the paint began peeling. I contacted the manufacturer for assistance, but was unable to reach them directly. A contact from Elevations had to get involved and stated the manufacturer would not stand behind the product or offer a solution. I was told that replacements were not available because the product is now being manufactured at a different facility. What was most frustrating was that the showroom we purchased the cabinets through also would not stand behind the product or help resolve the issue. I understand that products and manufacturing facilities can change over time, but when a significant paint issue occurs less than five years after purchase, I would expect the showroom to at least make an effort to help find a reasonable solution. Instead, I was simply left to explore professional refinishing or touch-up alternatives on my own, which means taking on an additional expense for cabinets that should reasonably have held up longer. The cabinets looked beautiful initially, but unfortunately, the lack of support and customer service when an issue arose has left me very disappointed. I would strongly recommend asking detailed questions about the warranty and, more importantly, what support the showroom provides if there are problems with the product after the sale.

I had an excellent experience working with Marvin Ferguson at Hines Supply. From start to finish, Marvin was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the process of ordering two new Andersen storm doors. The doors are outstanding—high quality, well-built, and they look fantastic on our home. What truly stood out, however, was the level of customer service Marvin provided. In a time when exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Marvin went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly and that we were completely satisfied. His dedication and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend Marvin Ferguson and Hines Supply to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer service. Thank you again, Marvin!

Hours online list Saturday availability, but store was closed. Wasn’t just me there trying to get in. Terrible experience, operate the advertised hours or change them and update it on all platforms

My arrival was acknowledged but after more than 10 minutes of waiting to be helped, I left. I was the only customer in the store.
