  He came out to fix a water leak under my trailer couldn’t get the water turned off. I had to hit the people from the town to come down and shut the water off while they end up breaking it so he said he could come back the next day, same time and repair it and he did and he fixed it and he did a good job and before he left, he said he noticed that we went to turn off the water that the meter was leaking so I called the people down from town and they repaired it so I’m real satisfied with his service

  We had excellent service from Nathan and Amos for some electrical work in our home. They both went above and beyond to be thorough and ensure the work was complete, safe and satisfactory! They were very professional and communicated well about their solutions before completing the work to make sure we were happy with the outcome. Overall, a great experience!

  AARON was very knowledgeable, I did my furnace tune up with an attention to detail and a passion for troubleshooting. He accurately discovered the flame sensor was a bit caked like I thought in the first place. He also noticed that the system was giving a little too much gas and cranked it down to natural gas levels: a possible contributor to the caking on the flame sensor. Strongly focused on doing his job even had the time to shoot the breeze with me a little bit personable kind knowledgeable: you can tell that he's very sharp, and is a kind person with much humanity, just by looking at him. At one point I did have an apple from the batch that wasn't like the rest. But that happens you're all the dice and not all technicians are equal in skill and attention to detail. However Aaron was outstanding. Just good hard work with a smile. With a make it right attitude. The only thing that I dislike about tiger is their prices for equipment; obviously that's where the company makes their money. Final price for major installations are a bit high. Repairs outside of a warrantied product aren't as competitive as your local guy. However if you're in the fold you got the installation you paid that tax, you got the warranty, and you're in the tiger club: you pay $169 a year for your routine tune-up maintenance; with a swift rapid response. If you have eyes to see and ears to hear and you're able to navigate and detect technicians that are salesman first technician second and aren't up to snuff you're in the clear. And they have a customer service team dedicated to making it right. You're going to have to roll the dice anyways on your own regardless : if you can afford the installation and you can resist upsells, tiger ain't half bad. Just have an idea and know what you need and know what you want.

  New Duel Heating system installed for garage. Couple troubleshooting calls on minor things after install But here’s what’s important: TIGER is very easy to reach and they respond to my issues same day! And most cases, I’ve called in the morning and they sent a tech out by afternoon! They respond fast, tell when to expect a Techs arrival.   Joe was absolutely great! He was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options without making me feel pressured. He was upfront and fair with his pricing, which I really appreciated. The experience was so positive that I’ll be signing up for Tiger’s membership because it offers great value. It's refreshing to deal with someone who is professional, honest, and genuinely cares about helping customers make the best decision for their situation. I highly recommend Joe to anyone needing plumbing assistance. Great customer service all around!
