I used to work in the industry and I know how most companies try to sell things no matter what, but this time he realized that a replacement was not best for my situation right now. I did not end up getting a quote, but when I replace my system it will be with Tiger. It was a late appointment and even though I was not getting quoted he was not in a rush and happily answered all of my questions

They wore booties in the house to prevent dirt coming in, which impressed me, as that is an uncommon act. Kevin provided a great customer experience, he was very knowledgeable and got my AC working quickly. I would absolutely recommend Kevin for HVAC problems, and I will call Tiger for their services again.
- JJJoyApr 9, 20261.0I paid $100 cash for a diagnostic and I was quoted a price for a bandaid repair $1,170 a true repair over $2,100 and a replacement -condenser/coil replacement $9,764. Tiger refused to work with me for my home warranty insurance to come through or to transfer their diagnostic to the insurance form. I secured two other quotes for the true complete repair and it was less than $1,000 for both. I was also told that the replacement cost was grosely over inflated. I only went with them after seeing a Tiger vehicle on my block. Never Again!
