  Chris Schwertman inspected our roof and saw that we had hail damage. He is very honest and personable. He spent time going over the damage on our roof. We also had a leek on our bedroom ceiling and a few other things that Sutton’s was able to fix for us. Chris helped us with our insurance claim and was very thorough and organized with every bit of the work that was done by Sutton’s. The roofers worked hard and did a great job with our roof. Sutton’s also put leaf guards on our gutters and painted the whole ceiling that had the water spot. We are very pleased with everything. We highly recommend Sutton’s. Chris said they repair or replace about everything on the home except cement work. We give 5 stars without hesitation.

  Window replacement job started in June still not completed 4.5 months in. Was told job would take 1-2 days. First installer worked 3 5-5.5 hour days to remove and replace 8 windows but did not do any interior work on the windows. Left a mess under the removed windows. Said he’d be back the next week but had no contact from him. Exterior of windows needed corner connections painted and a scratch painted. Contacted salesman who put me in touch with the project manager. He checked out the issues and said the first installer had reported the job was done. Got the interior window wood work and detail repairs scheduled late Aug. A different worker got the interior wood trim completed in about 2.5 days and cleaned up the messes the first guy left in the house. I had to clean up some smaller things from his job - caulk smeared on the wood trim and excess putty at trim joints. Had 1 interior trim piece cut unevenly and now waiting on that in Nov. Iverall window quality is good but communication with installers and attention to detail is not good.

  Tim did an excellent job. I can’t imagine anyone doing it better! We are very pleased with him, Phil, and Jordan. This went flawlessly from our first meeting with Phil to the final walkthrough with Jordan. I can’t say enough about them. I would highly recommend them!

  My husband Jim and I were very pleased as always with Sutton’s help with another project From designing our new front entryway, install and attention to detail, from first contact to finished project…. It turned out beautifully. Thanks to all of you.

  They made a couple of mistakes during the planning stages that led to issues during the construction phase. It extended the length of the project, but they made it right on their dime. If we have any future projects, we'll use them again.
