  The crew did an excellent job on both the house roof and the garage siding. Clean up was great! My salesman Sam was very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall very pleased and would recommend.

  We had a wonderful experience with Sutton's in remodeling our kitchen and main bathroom, from the start with the design coordinator Melissa, to the project manager Josh and particularly with the carpenters Luke and Brylar. They are a great team. I look forward to working with Sutton's on future projects to include new siding and replacing our deck with a 4 season room.

  The final work I would give a 4.5. However communication and project management would be zero stars. I would get a call that work would start, no one would show up, no call. Once work started, same issue, work would start then no one would return for weeks. I had to point out that only one side of my garage siding was done when the whole thing needed done, and siding was different colors. When I called for a status, sometimes someone would show up to do part of it, but the person didn’t speak English and so could not update me on what was going on. Project manager would not answer calls or return messages. At one point there was a 2x2 hole in the cupola on my garage that was left open and no one returned for two weeks to fix, then only when I called multiple times to complain. A piece of tyvek was put over it which blew off, and I had to call back again. All the while I having to clean up water that is coming in when it rains. No final walk through was ever done. This was siding on house and detached garage, gutters, 2 windows and French doors.

  Work was performed on time. Very pleased with the communication between the Forman and me. Job looks great. Definitely a five star job
