Thank goodness Ron and Sheri Furman were there to help with their knowledge and expertise...and hardworking sons!! The project just took one day and they cleaned up and planted seed too!!! Excellent to work with and follow through!!! Really enjoyed the experience!!~! Highly Recommend!!!!!!

Getting a schedule for the job was frustrating because they could rarely provide a clear timeframe until the last minute. We had also requested that they install a valley for water flow, and we were originally told it would be done at no additional cost. However, when it came time to pay, they added an extra $400 to the original quote without informing us beforehand. We believe they should have honored the original promise and pricing that was discussed, but we paid the additional amount anyway. When I spoke with Sherry about the situation, she was also a little snippy on the phone, which only added to the frustration. Overall, while the job was completed properly, the lack of communication, unexpected added cost, and poor customer service made the experience disappointing.

From first contact with the office to the quick, professional completion of the job it was a pleasure working with them. The two employees who came out to do the job were very complete, professional and personable. Definitely a great experience- would highly recommend them for any work you might need.
