  I am currently waiting over 2 1/2 days for the fan motor to be fixed in my renters home no call and the lady is a senior on oxygen not real happy

  The service was okay once they got here. I was told that they would be here between eight and noon. At noon, I called they were not even close to me. I don't understand. If they give you a time window, they should be coming in that time. Window. Long story short, they didn't show up until two. Was very disappointed. I'm not sure we will use them again. It was awful.

  CALL ANYONE ELSE! The saying you get what you pay for is not true in this case they came out the day I called charged me $400 to install a $20 part 30 minutes later my air conditioner quit working again and they told me I had to get a whole new system and quoted me $14,000. So I called around to a couple of other companies someone was eventually able to just come out and just put a new motor in my air conditioner, but it was not M and B. I called them ever day for a week,(while under heat advisory/ with no ac) only to get continuously put on hold and pushed around. I was told Kyle would call me back and that’s who I needed to speak with. I still have not heard from anyone that company.

  Had a $14,700 goodman modular unit installed three days ago. I went with MB because they were allegedly known for such great service..... It was done very sloppily and the unit is clearly undersized for my house. It hasn't been able to keep up just 24 hours after install. Plus the unit looks terrible and wasn't attached correctly to the ground. Inside unit has water dripping all over the wiring. I emailed and started calling them 3 days ago. No one ever returned my call or emailed me back. I finally had to call once they opened today to find out they HAD been getting my email and had someone scheduled to come out to look at it. Well thats great, but why wouldn't you TELL the person so they can be home and not working. Terrible communication. I feel like I was overcharged by several thousand dollars. Im ready to dispute the entire charge and have them come get it. This is what I would expect a one man company to be able to accomplish for about $7k. They had 6 people here for 8 hours.... no one ever thought to put a brick under the stand? Nope just leave it on the sand. UPDATE ONE WEEK LATER: new bigger system installed and working properly! Looks great too.
