    Needed my 20 year old hot water heater replaced after it leaked its contents into my basement. Called them in the afternoon and they came the next day and replaced it. Very happy with how quickly my problem was taken care of.

    Had to have Service on a late Sunday afternoon and they were here within 40 minutes. Preston did a great job of explaining everything he was gonna do and within 30 minutes the job was completed. It was 105 feels like outside so I was feeling very blessed.

    Hired them to come snake my sump pump line for damage and provide estimates for repair. When they arrived they informed me that my standard diameter line was too small for them to snake. They provided me with 2 estimates. Then they charged me over $100 for a service call even though they couldn’t do what I called them to do. Another plumber provided me with a FREE estimate and actually performed the work for about 65% of their lowest estimate.

    Not good. The first I called this place a year ago it was good service, but this last round has been horrible. I had air flow issues and needed someone to come out and service my system. I put the information necessary to have them contact who I needed them to contact, but hey did not properly make the calls necessary. Then they stated they would send someone out and hold a spot, but I messaged ONE MINUTE before they "closed" and did keep the reservation. Then the reservation I did have, the person had truck issues and I did not get my unit serviced until the next they. The guy that came just "looked" at everything and stated it was all good and no ice. Though we had a fibro glass piece that is off the panel that is potentially the issue causing the air to just blow in the basement. Then he stated that there was a coolant leak and that we need s new system. Like, come on!! NOT HAPPY!!!
