The installation and work was easy to schedule and get done. However, I started having mildew/mold and odor issues. They sent out an inspector and they told me that the dehumidifier had been installed incorrectly and someone would be in touch to come out and fix the issue. I have yet to receive a call. Just knowing when they can fit me in would be nice. I called customer service 3 times. Nothing yet. In the meantime, I had to throw away 4 wallboards, towels in the bathroom and clothes that were in the laundry room, and a wooden box due to the mold.
