  Legacy Home Service is a company I can highly recommended.They responded to my emergency call right away and sent a Company technician Dan who came on time and with a respect to the property. Dan was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He took his time to address my all concerns about the AC issue and was able to fix it ! Thank you Dan , I appreciate your prompt and thorough response.

  Just getting started with the Legacy Home Services company. We had them do an evaluation of our two air conditioners—what they call an “A/C Maintenance Call”—and they did an excellent and very thorough job. The AC Tech who did the work, Jacob E., was on time, fully prepared and very knowledgeable. Jacob was also very friendly, organized and patient with our questions and concerns. I’d rate this young man FIVE STARS and, based on his work, am sure we have found the HVAC company we have been looking for. Our recommendation: This is an organization you can rely on to do excellent work at a very fair price! Bill P.S. We have had NO prior relationship with Legacy, either formal or informal!

  The technician was on time, courteous and professional. After his analysis he sat down with me and reviewed the various issues with my AC unit, explaining each one in detail and showing me photos he took to document the problems. He let me know which problems needed to be addressed first, provided estimates and explained the discount if I became a member. Since the unit is 22 years old, I asked him if replacing the unit would be a better option. He said it might be and set up an appointment for me with sales person for Monday. After I find out the cost of a new unit and can discuss with my husband, I can make decision to repair or replace.

  Zach Olsen came to routinely PM my system and found some issues. He explained the situation very well and described my options for repair. Then Todd Winders visited and very thoroughly explained my options and patiently answered my questions. Determining a complete replacement, Ivan and Danny were the outstanding installation team on today's project. Through June's stormy day today, they persisted in a great installation answering all questions and patiently helping me set up my new ecobee. I used Phillips Heating & Cooling for years which was enveloped by Legacy Home Services. This company has outstanding customer service and friendly and efficient, well-trained employees. I will continue to utilize Legacy for all my HVAC needs.
