  We were in the process of purchasing a home in Oak Park, and our home inspector pointed out what was almost certainly mold in the attic. He recommended we contact Pete at PuroClean to investigate further and discuss our options. Pete came out on short notice, took pictures, explained what he was seeing, and shared a reasonable estimate for remediation services....very professional and straightforward, no pressure. Fast forward several months, after closing on the home, we reconnected with PuroClean. We worked with Pete's partner Michelle, who was also very helpful and responsive. The remediation process and encapsulation was done over two days, working thoughtfully around our work/family schedule. We're happy with the work that was done and the team that did it. Special shout out to the tech Mike, who did most of the heavy lifting in a cramped and hot attic! These guys are reputable and fair, would definitely recommend them. I also appreciated that when I called them, Pete or Michelle would pick up. Not a call center or gatekeeper like some of the large service pro chains that I had also contacted for a quote (which were higher, for what its worth).

  Pete and his team did a totally thorough and professional job from start to finish. The work to be done felt complicated to us, as our basement had a history with water even before we moved in. Pete was able to effectively assess the situation and make solid recommendations making it clear he was focused on solving the problem simply and economically. His team came to do several projects from removal of drywall to a rebuild that included insulating and painting. Our basement was full of clutter and kids’ toys, etc, and his team skillfully and gently worked within the space to do an amazing job. We got our basement back! Pete and his team always went above and beyond and were always willing to work with us throughout the process to make sure we were happy. We are truly grateful for the outstanding work they did. I highly recommend Pete for his integrity, professionalism, and customer service.

  Pete to the rescue! I had a water leak from my upstairs neighbor and was fearful of mold from previous experiences! Called PuroClean given proximity and feel SO lucky. Pete is a genuine guy, who shared that he expected I didn't have to worry, but offered a straight quote to come to do prelim investigation. Communicated, was on time, shared knowledge and felt like a genuinely good person. SO happy to have called him! As Pete suspected I did NOT have things worry about- BUT I'm going to sleep well KNOWING I don't! Definitely recommending them to friends and famiy this season!!
