  We had Marmoleum installed in our kitchen with a carpet “walk off” near the back door. The craftsmanship is incredible and the floor is a work of art! These guys are extremely knowledgeable about what will work and how to accomplish it. They can bring your vision to life!

  We recently replaced around 1000 sq. ft. of 20 year old wood laminate flooring in our Evanston condo. From the laminate selection process to the flooring installation the service was outstanding. While we were in the condo for virtually all of the installation process, the installer, Michael, and helper, Tol, were respectful of our privacy and tailored the installation so we could use space during installation. Deliveries were on time and furniture moved and restored after installation without complaint and always with an assurance of - are you satisfied. Since the new laminate was almost a 1/2 inch lower than the old wood laminate I think Michael went above and beyond to remove and re-lay the old quarter round and install new thresholds to mask the height difference. Of equal importance, the Dallia crew complied with the Condo Association rules and regulations before and during installation. I highly recommend considering Dallia for you flooring needs.

  Our church, Grace Lutheran in Evanston, needed flooring replaced in several rooms including our kitchen. Dallia was fantastic through the whole process with great communication and fast response to our issues and needs. The workers were terrific with a positive energy that made the days of work and coordination with other tradesmen for removal of toilets and appliances smooth and efficient. Our project couldn't have gone any better. I would highly recommend Dallia to anyone who is doing a flooring project.

  Impeccable installation and service! Jim went the extra mile finding the right products for my very choosy self. The installers were on time, tidy, cheerful, and focused on their work. It it says something about the company's values when the same installer who did my kitchen floor 20 years ago showed up to install my bedroom floor. Couldn't be happier!
