  We had a hot water heater fail on our busiest week of the year. We called at 3pm on a Friday, they were in our store, determined the issue, got a new hot water installed by 6pm! Saved the day and our weekend, thanks M&E Plumbing!!

  Excellent communication. Matt answered after hours. Set up for early next morning. Darrell arrived exactly on time. Darrell was very nice, professional, patient, kind, friendly. Our toilet was blocked. Using a 6 foot auger, took a few attempts. Darrell had it fixed in about ten minutes. The charge was quoted upfront, a standard $235. Seems high, but they were excellent to work with. They are only five minutes from our home. They came fast with excellent communication throughout. Darrell is excellent to work with. Very friendly. The charge seems a little high for the time spent, but we were impressed with Matt & especially Darrell. We will call them again.

  Leaving 1 star because I can’t rate them 0. We had routine water heater maintenance done and it was a terrible experience. Firstly, it was $400 to simply flush the tank which I learned afterwards was a gross overestimate. Then, the technician was too poorly equipped to replace our anode rod and instead had me try to remove it just to prove he couldn’t. He at least had boot covers but forgot to keep putting them on. After he left, I also noticed he left puddles of water all over our basement due to not putting any tarps or towels down. I thought it was a better idea to try and support smaller local businesses instead of the larger ones in the area but I learned my lesson there.

  Darrell from M & E plumbing did an excellent job replacing the float mechanism inside one of my toilets and installing a new water supply line. He arrived a few minutes early, was courteous and professional, explained my options, and provided several quotes so I could choose what worked best for me. His pricing was reasonable, and he cleaned up before he left. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is reliable, respectful, and takes pride in their work. I would recommend Darrell and M & E plumbing and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for future plumbing needs.
