  Needed a plumber for shower cartridge replacement and installation of a toilet. The initial toilet installation (guest bathroom) when my condo building was built (40+ years ago) was done incorrectly and I have had issues with it since I purchased 5 years ago. I am SO glad I went with Chip from Goode Plumbing. He knows what he's doing, has had experience with EVERY problem encountered and you can trust him implicitly. Bonus - he's a nice guy and will let you know exactly what the problems are and how he's remedying them. He was very patient and his suggestions were 100% correct when the water shutoff was handled very ineptly by the building mgt./association.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and I appreciated the thorough approach, including careful testing to ensure everything was completed correctly.   The technician, Frank, was awesome about explaining what he was doing and what he found. He was very professional and cleaned up completely when he was finished. Frank was 5 stars but the charge was so incredibly high, I couldn’t give Goode 5 stars.

  I called Goode plumbing to come out and determine where my kitchen sinks were clogged because every time I ran dishwasher it backed up into my sinks. They sent Mike Knapcik out to help me out and he was a Godsend! He examined the problem and told me what he determined was the problem and quoted a very fair price to me. He was very knowledgeable as he explained the problem, worked on it and it was resolved within 45 minutes. When he left he made sure everything was cleaned up and nothing was out of place, he tested running the water in both sinks, with disposal on and then we tested the dishwasher to make sure it was draining correctly. Mike was polite, courteous and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them as I am satisfied with their performance, especially Mike's!
