  Called this morning to get a quote on getting a new HVAC/furnace system and Kyle was able to be here later the same day. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all questions and said we would have the quote by tomorrow. Very happy with the service.

  In my recent experience with the company, I found the company to be very competitive (theirs was $179 vs about $700 with a competitor). More than anything else, I was very impressed with their ethical business practices- it is a company WTH INTEGRITY. They delivered as promised and did not come up with surprises to 'make more money". The lady who handled my case was very efficient and was responsive to my specific requests. I wished all other companies emulate their business practices with customer focus as their core mission.

  Our A/C unit was older and we knew it needed to be replaced so we decided to pull the trigger now instead of waiting for it to die. We called Residential Heating & Cooling after a positive review from a close friend. They came out on a Monday to give me quotes and the very next day Steven and Cody were on site to install the new A/C unit, new coil, and we also installed a new humidifier on the furnace because ours was dead. Everything went great! Steven and Cody were friendly, efficient, professional. Give these guys a raise! The initial Install took longer than expected but this was due to a defective board on the coil from the manufacturer. Steven took extra time to bypass this board so we could still use the new A/C if needed while we wait for the new board to come in. It's now a week later and Steven swapped out the defective board with a working one and we are up and running! Can't wait for the cool air this summer. Keep up the excellent customer service and service! 10/10!

  I had a great experience with Residential Heating & Cooling. Kyle was incredibly informative and patient, taking the time to clearly explain what was going on with my furnace so I fully understood the situation. When it came time for service, Anthony and his partner were just as impressive. They walked me through exactly what they were going to do, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they finished. Overall, a very professional and trustworthy team. Highly recommend!
