  When my central air unit went out, I called Residential Heating and Cooling, and Kyle came out the same day. He was able to get my seized unit to work temporarily until it could be replaced. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Two short days later, Steven and Cory came to do the installation. They arrived early within the two hour window I was given. They were professional, courteous and friendly. They put a tarp down and wore booties on their shoes to protect my home. They worked together and were able to install my unit and perform tests to make sure everything was working properly. Steve showed me the work he did on the furnace and was very knowledgeable and thorough as he explained what was done and how preventative measures were in place to ensure my home was safe. These two gentlemen were very efficient and timely in getting my new unit installed and I am very grateful and pleased with their service. Thank you, Kyle, Steven, and Cory for your excellent work!   Ed was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had my AC running perfectly in no time. Excellent service from start to finish—I highly recommend him and this company!

  Ed came in and did a full inspection including Cleaning the filter screen on the compressor outside by washing down with a hose. I had some low voltage wires from the thermostat and humidifier hanging and Ed tidied those up as well. He was also very good about walking through all of the checks he was making and explaining what he was looking for. Thank you I was very happy with the service.

  Great install, timely, attentive, got the job done under difficult conditions since our AC went out and the house was very toasty. Super fast response time between initial assessment and final install. You’ve saved us from a bunch of sweaty nights of sleep!

  Great Service! Cody, Steven, and Nicholas were great. As soon as they came, they immediately went to work without taking breaks and got it done. They explained every part of the process to me, so I knew exactly what was going on. At the end, they cleaned up everything and left, leaving no work for me to do afterwards. Great workers! Eric was also great in giving me a ton of different options in replacing my AC. He constantly did his best to give the best price possible with the best possible equipment.
