I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Modern Builders & Design. They were fantastic from start to finish. Justin Hamilton was a pleasure to work with. He was always professional, helpful, and promptly answered all of my questions, which made the entire process so easy and reassuring. The team of George, Freddie, and Tony were the best. They were kind, hard-working, respectful, and took great pride in their work. They did a wonderful job on my garage floor, and I am extremely pleased with the finished result. I would highly recommend Modern Builders & Design to anyone looking for quality work and a team that truly cares about their customers. My sincere appreciation to Justin and the team.

Absolutely great company and team to work with. We asked for a refinished garage floor and the team didn’t disappoint. From the moment I reached out, service was exceptional. The garage floor looks showroom quality. Thank you and looking to work with the team again!

I reached out to Justin as well as a couple other contractors when I was interested in epoxy-coating my garage floor (25yr old house). Justin was by far the most proactive as far as getting back to me with information and thoroughly answering all my questions. He and his team were very professional and completed the work on time and on budget and the garage floor looks great! I would highly recommend Justin and would definitely use him again.

I couldn't be happier with Modern Builders and Design! I had a very shabby looking patio, garage, front path in my house and Justin and his team made them as good as new for a fraction of what I would have cost me to replace. The look is fantastic and enjoying added safety - it was sooo slippery before, I was afraid with winter coming and having so much rain. The color is just perfect, they supported my decision to do two different shades, and I really appreciate that. I now feel safe and it's' so pretty and clean. Thank you Modern Builders and Design for being flexible and going the extra mile for me - and the additional work I put on your shoulders.

Highly recommend! Top notch service, with thorough and timely communication through out the entire process from initial inquiry, quote, to application. Justin and his team delivered quality results and we absolutely love this floor! Original condition of floor had spalling on the surface, some heaving/uneveness at the expansion joints, and several cracks. They repaired/filled the cracks (which literally disappeared after finish coating was applied), ground the top surface for proper adhesion, leveling, and removal of spalled areas. I could bot be happier with the finished and highly recommend Modern Builders! Pictures in order are some before, after grinding, and then coating process with finished results last.
