  Justin & Adrian, Thank you, so much, from the bottom of my heart! We talked about something entirely different, but I received a DREAM, that I didn't think was possible. You both truly are the story & history tellers of concrete, but you both are also dream makers with the results of that story & history. We are on this earth to use our talents & abilities that God has given each of us ~ even those we’ve learned from our fathers and grandfathers. I am thankful & blessed for experiencing the talents and abilities you both have embodied. This has been a truly memorable experience, for certain. Thank you, DHanson

  Justin was amazing. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to repair a terribly damaged garage floor and turned it into a beautiful garage floor. the garage floor made the walls look bad because it was so pretty so then we had to paint the walls. Now our garage looks gorgeous. He was able to do the work in two days and it was a lot of work. The crew were fabulous. They answered all my questions and allowed me to take pictures and stopped to discuss things with me. Very friendly and professional. Thank you so much

  This is the 2nd time we’ve hired Justin to do work in our house. They do great work!! So happy we used Modern Builders. They painted our entire main floor and kitchen as well as the vaulted ceilings. They also put a new floor in our guest bathroom. We would refer them to anyone!

  Justin & Ken did a wonderful job installing our new vinyl plank flooring! It was a big job, as we removed carpet & put LVP ontop of our original wood flooring on 2 floors in our house. Justin and his team came over to meet us and see our house right after we reached out to them, which was nice to meet the owner and learn about our options. They’re very easy to talk to and they definitely want to do the job that YOU want! They kept us updated, got our opinion before doing some things, and they worked very well within our budget. They’re super personable & honest, so we felt confident in them right away. If you have any issues or setbacks, they quickly resolve it. We have some other projects that we want to complete eventually and will definitely be using them!
