  Modern Builders and Design handled the remodel of our first floor, including removing our original hardwood floors and installing new ones; refinishing our stairs, updating our powder room; and painting all walls, ceiling and trim. Justin and his team did a terrific job and we’re very happy with the results. We were all in close quarters for several weeks given the scope of the project, and everyone on the crew was very respectful and conscientious. Justin was readily available for questions and ideas and very responsive. We would definitely work with them again!

  Justin did a great job on our garage epoxy floor. He had awesome communication and was very helpful in guiding us through decisions. He was prompt, professional, and got the job done in just a few hours. Our garage looks amazing, and we would absolutely work with him again for future projects!

  Finally got tired after many years of sealing & power washing the concrete garage floor trying to eliminate the constant dirty look and trying to make it easier to clean. Contacted Modern Builders and Design to do epoxy. Justin spent time explaining how the application was done, answered my many questions & provided many color design choices to choose from. Because of their professional demeanor, advice, feedback and what I thought was a fair price I had them do the work. Work was performed in accordance with the written scope outlined in the proposal. Very happy with their service.

  Justin was amazing from the start! He had over 20 people recommend him on my Facebook post and he sure delivered his service! Our garage space is totally transformed and looks amazing! We would recommend modern builders and renovation to anyone looking to do home improvements!
