  After searching around for carpeting from multiple sources, we landed on Twin Oaks. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Kyle was extremely helpful in getting us the pricing we needed. He was on time for our appointment to measure the rooms. George was also extremely helpful in making sure we got exactly what we wanted. He also made some suggestions on the padding that saved us some money. Communication with Twin Oaks from beginning to end was top notch. Save yourself some time and aggravation and just go here.

  Going with twin oaks carpet was the best decision i can go with after all the help and working with Kelly was a great experience and the carpet in my basement and stairs was done perfectly and couldnt be any happier!

  I STRONGLY URGE YOU NOT TO USE TWIN OAKS CARPET!! We had Proximity Mills flooring installed in the downstairs kitchen, bathroom, living room, entryway and staircase about 3.5 years ago and ever since the very beginning, we have had nothing but issues due to the poor installation. The flooring was installed on existing ceramic tile with the grout lines in between the tile. After the boards began cracking, we discovered that it was because they did not even out the floor using cement. Therefore, when a chair leg was on a grout line and you sat on the chair, the flooring board cracked. Sam, a worker at Twin Oaks Carpet, tried to extort an additional $500 from us to apply concrete over the ceramic tiles. See attached message. We pushed back and said no since they should have taken this into consideration from the beginning. They even came out to our house to look at our existing floors. After they poured concrete over the tile, they didn't even it out properly. As of today (4/13/26), we have floor boards that are separating with a 1 mm gap in between that is completely noticeable. We have boards that are uneven (higher one one side than the other side). Some end cap on stairs have come loose. Not to mention that are clearly not carpenters. See the photo of their 'handiwork'. It's just unreal! Every time we walk and hear cracking sounds, we cringe and wonder what other kinds of issues are going to surface. Twin Oaks sent their workers out at least 5 or 6 times. I kid you not. That is no joke. Why can't companies do a professional job the right way the first time?? Why would it take 5-6 times of fixing things only for us to STILL have ongoing issues?? We are average size people, do not wear shoes in the house and do not have large pets, so it is completely baffling. Clearly, the issue is with the substandard installation, as confirmed by a third party flooring inspector. Twin Oaks Carpet may have good reviews, but you may just be a customer like us where purchasing from them has been a complete nightmare!! I would never purchase anything again fromTwin Oaks Carpet and strongly urge you to avoid them as well!! (Will post other photos do you can see the type of work that Twin Oaks Carpet does.)

  We have used Twin Oaks Carpet a few times and I've always been completely satisfied. Our salesman Phil is a very cooperative and was flexible when we needed it. Installer or he Jorge is a gentleman and a true professional. The big box stores could never compete with this level of customer service.
