  My experience with Phoenix was awesome. They were knowledgeable and communicated well. I found the service tech to be courteous and diligent in his work. I would hire them again and highly recommended them!

  Anthony and his team were absolutely incredible. Our 23 year old spacepak stopped working and they were able to come out, give us a quote, and get the system replaced in just a few days. They kept everything very clean and did great work despite the job being more difficult than originally expected. Highly recommended!

  Phoenix offers a surprisingly great membership deal! Pay in advance for the year of maintenance. It waives the service call fee, and gets you signed up for regular maintenance on hvac, and hot water tanks too. I’m told I’ll get a call as fall approaches, to set up a time to service the furnace. With everything on my todo list, I love that I don’t have to be the one to make the phone call! Kyle was very friendly- he didn’t mind if i left my dog out, and even played with him a little; he was also very knowledgeable and thorough. He didn’t mind taking the extra time to answer my questions and even explain things that I didn’t know to ask about! There was a miscommunication on my service time. I thought he was coming at 8am, but it was between 8-10am. when I called the office to verify, John basically answered my question before I even asked it! He had a kind sincerity in his voice, which, I couldn’t be upset if I wanted to! (I’ve honestly never experienced a customer service call that could neutralize my frustration that quickly and effortlessly- I’m kind of floored actually). One last thing: as a woman, I’d like to emphasize, it can feel very vulnerable allowing male strangers into our home when it’s just me/me and the kids. phoenix well marked and clean van, matching work shirt, combined with Kyle’s personable/authentic yet professional personality, made me very comfortable! This is worth noting!! Thank you phoenix team. I honestly feel well cared for, and don’t see the typical signs of sales pitches or taking advantage of my ignorance. That means a lot, and I hope my testimony here brings you more customers!!

  My mother needed to get a diagnosis on her A/C unit. I called for an appointment on Wednesday afternoon, and they were able to come out Thursday. Kyle was very thorough and went over everything with my mother. My son was also there and he said that Phoenix HVAC is awesome. They were very friendly on the phone and very accommodating. As a result of the diagnosis we have to replace the unit. We plan on buying a unit with a maintenance package shortly . Thank you guys. It was a great experience.

  I've always had great service from Phoenix HVAC, and my maintenance appointment yesterday was no exception. My HVAC tech Dylan, was prompt, knowledgeable, checked all the equipment and patiently answered my questions. I would highly recommend their company and their wide range of HVAC products and services.
