  This is a 5+ Rating. I had several circuits fail after a lightning hit. i was able to take the investigation a long way to start and then decided i needed help. I spoke with Ed on Thursday Afternoon and he promised to have a tech out 8:30 AM Friday. He sent Jack and this guy was fabulous in light of the complexity of the problem but found both faults by 3pm and resolved them plus he looked for other issues as the investigation was done. Thank you Ed and Jack. Please go ahead and use me as a reference as i have an electrical engineering background

  MISTER SPARKY!! - best electrician establishment you can find on this planet to handle - any electrical challenges. Fantastic effort by Ed in expediting my issue and assigning Brandon for the task who did a fantastic work in resolving the concern at my home in the South Barrington area. From the very start, their communication was excellent.They arrived exactly when they said they would, diagnosed the issue quickly, and took the time to explain the process to me. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they made sure everything was up to local code and perfectly clean before leaving.   I had a great experience working with this company today. I called with an electrical issue, and instead of trying to sell me a service call, Ed and his team patiently walked me through the problem over the phone and helped me resolve the issue in a few minutes. They were knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind. It's refreshing to find a company that genuinely wants to help and values its customers' time. I truly appreciate their honesty and excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of electrical services.

  I highly recommend Mister Sparky. From the initial phone call through project completion, they were professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, clearly explained the work that needed to be done, and provided a fair, transparent estimate. The quality of the work was excellent, and they took the time to ensure everything was completed safely and up to code. They were respectful of my home, cleaned up thoroughly after the job, and answered all of my questions patiently.
