Baney ordered and installed the WRONG COLOR steel roof for our home. We ordered Ash Gray and Light Grey was shipped and installed without our approval when we were away.
A PVC vent tube was broken during installation. Rain can pass through it and collect on the ceiling below. I made a temporary repair with a rubber hose and clamps.
A cap was folded over instead of cut to the correct length. The installers did not mount the rubber boots around vents to seal out water. The boots should be on the roof, not in the box on the driveway. They used some form of silicone sealant to try and seal the gaps closed. This is NOT accepted practice.
The crew blocked access to our garage. We drove across the neighbor's lawn to reach our EV charger.
Curious if Baney will try to make this right. So much is wrong that I can't determine a starting point.

Jason Fishe was awesome! They replaced a an incorrect dryer vent that was installed 4 years ago… no questions asked! They responded the next day and replaced it no charge! That’s great service and I would highly recommend them.
