  The staff at Whitecap in Rockford is extremely knowledgeable , helpful and courteous. They value customers and that is the most important thing to me in terms of dealing with any supplier.

  Busy street. Tight area to get your semi into. No overnight parking available. Pretty quick unloading. Very nice people. They’ll get their employees to stop traffic for you to be able to back out of there, so that was extra nice.

  I work for a company called Image Pros, I recently had a drill repaired through Stetsons. So a month later I get a call from Mark , Hey Rob, we accidently over charged ya, can you stop in so we can put that back on your card. So after I get there it turns out that HILTI had over charged them in excess of 500$. which not only were they HONEST enough to tell me , but they apologized for the inconvenience . I just need to say THANK YOU , not only for your constant good service but your honesty and the way you treat people , it is refreshing in a world of greed.
