  I called Roto-Rooter about roots blocking my main sewer line. The woman who took my call was extremely friendly and walked me through everything. She gave me a window of 9:30 to midnight and said they'd try to get there before 10:00. Five minutes after I hung up, the technician called and said he could be at my house in 10 minutes. He was. He looked at the problem and gave me an assessment for free, with no trip charge. Once I approved the work, he got right to it and cleared what he could. He then called in a supervisor, who arrived quickly and ran a camera through the line. Seeing the footage showed me exactly where the roots were, and then they cleared the pipe completely. The whole visit took 30 to 45 minutes. The technician was the highlight. He was friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly without being asked twice. He told me what was going on right away, and he gave me practical tips for preventing root problems in the future. You can tell he knows his trade and genuinely cares about the customer. The supervisor was just as helpful and professional. The price was fair for the work involved. I usually handle projects around my house myself, but for a main line emergency, Roto-Rooter has earned a long-term customer. I'll be recommending them to friends and family.

  Nick and Nate was amazing at helping with a complex situation.I thought it was a drain backing up and it ended up being an issue that could have caused a lot of problems if it wasn’t addressed. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained what was happening after it was discovered that it was a complex situation. It was fixed promptly and thanks to them and the rest of there team. The issue was fixed and I’m very thankful that I called to have them look at the issue. If I didn’t call when I did I have no idea how much a damaged pipe underground in the back yard could have caused within the home. Thank you both again for helping me and my husband through an extremely complex issue and helping us preserve our home. I will be forever thankful for your help and the rest of the team that helped with replacing the damaged pipe underground.

  I am very pleased with the service that Adam gave me in clearing out my clogged drain pipes. He was courteous and explained my options thoroughly, answering all of my questions. He made extra sure that my pipes were completely clear and cleaned the basement floor after he was finished with his work. I would highly recommend his services.

  Bailey was SOOO nice and so helpful. He immediately knew what the problem was and even pointed out things that our VERY expensive home inspector seemed to be oblivious to. He was very kind and reassured us that everything looked way worse than it actually was. He got the issue resolved from diagnosis to a clear drain in less than an hour.   R.R. REPLACED SEVERAL PIPES underneath basement sink...pipes they replaced NOW LEAK! -"Hey incompetent-Jeremiah the old pipes didnt even leak-you made the situation worse!" - And the problem still isn't resolved. Very incompetent. Negligent poor communication. They send out one tech, he can't do anything, he leaves, they send some other guy out, he looks, he leaves and he comes back the next day and replaces some pipes. But as he said, that's all he's capable of doing. It's like each one is incompetent enough to do actual thorough start to finish plumbing work. It's a series of guys coming one after another. It's ridiculous. It's like some kind of parade of people in and out of the house, and the next one isn't as competent as the other one. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They will never step foot in my house again. The biggest mistake I ever made was letting them start. Like I said, one guy comes, he didn't do anything, leaves. Sends another guy. He comes, doesn't do nothing that day. He has to come the next day. Then he only does a little bit and says, oh you need more, we gotta send another guy, a 3rd guy, 4th guy. It's ridiculous. Never again. update- i asked him on saturday 9-5-2026 when he was in the basement with his saw. I said can you please saw this black PLASTIC pipe that goes to a shower that ive never used. he replied sure-no problem. well I didnt relaize it until now he didnt do that -and he left a huge mess of metal shavings- all over my basement floor -and purple plumbers glue drippings all over the floor too! *terrible -terrible customer respect!* R.R. rigged and screwed up all my basement sink plumbing. Incompetence work that took 5 days and still they kept sending different people. Every time they came it was a different person and the left hand didn't know what the right was doing. It was total incompetence.My under sink pipes still leak! never again!- I had to hire a real true plumber who ripped apart all rooters work and re-do it correcrly and up to code standard.
