  We had an excellent experience with Rockford Heating and Air Conditioning. They installed a dual-fuel heating and air conditioning system in our home at a very competitive price—at or below several other bids we received. Kyle and Haakon did an outstanding job. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, completing the installation in less than two days. They also took the time to clearly explain the operation and maintenance of our new system and patiently answered all of my questions. We couldn't be happier with the installation and service. I highly recommend Rockford Heating and Air Conditioning!

  Installed new furnace and ductwork. Ductwork was not adequate. Asked that they send someone out to address the problem. Instead they sent me a letter threatening to sue me for a $800 balance I owed. I had to call and demand the issue be addressed. The owner came out. I had to tell him where and how to complete the lack of ductwork. I shouldn’t have to tell them how to do their job! It was done as requested and solved the problem. Unlike their radio ad says, they do not go above and beyond all the time!

  I’ve used them 2 times in the last year, both times very prompt and they fixed the problem and didn’t try to sell me an entire new furnace or AC unit. They can be trusted!

  I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say! First in 2021 I went with another company for a new furnace. After a few days it suspected they didn’t install the right size furnace. I called these guys and they came out inspected my unit and said I was right. I forced the other company to put in the correct size furnace. Rockford Heating never even charged me for looking at the new unit. I said if ever I need HVAc services I would call Rockford Heating. So when the weather got hot enough to turn on the air and I noticed my fan in the unit not moving and it was overheating I called them. They came right out and the fan on my air unit went out. We had to order the part and it was three weeks out for the part to come in. Here’s the kicker the guy, Nick, noticed my fan came in early and he wanted to get it in a week and a half earlier than original appointment. He came over the same day the part came in and had it installed in less than 25 minutes. He was absolutely fabulous, courteous at all times and very respectful. Like I said I cannot say enough good things about this company. They really take care of their customers and they will have my business for life! Give them a try they will not disappoint at all!
